This is a very clean facility, friendly staff and always a pleasant experience. Phone system is not consistently reliable in contacting office or messaging for assistance. Best dental hygienists ever! I have total confidence in the long term health of my teeth!

I haven't been to this office since 2020. Got a cleaning and paid out of pocket for the gingivitis test. I had insurance that covered everything in office. I was told I needed a crown ($1200 before insurance), but moved out of the area. Come to find out, the next dentist told me the tooth was split and a crown would not fix it. The tooth would break off. So, I would have wasted alot of money. Months later, end of 2020 beginning of 2021, I get a bill for $88. So I called. I was told by the billing coordinator to disregard that bill everything was covered and I had no outstanding balance. I said OK I wanted to make sure please send me something saying that because it would be very upsetting if this hit my credit down the road. Well lo and behold here we are in September of 2022, and I have a new collection, the only collection on my credit report for $88 from dental partners of Lewisburg! I have now called three times and spoke with someone who relayed a message to an office manager or a billing coordinator to call me back and I've also left two or three voicemails this in the past month. I cannot get anyone to return my call send me a bill prove that I owe them anything and now this is on my credit and has dropped my credit score. This place is a complete joke and if you think otherwise you're getting ripped off.

This place is fantastic. Very pleasant and meet the needs of their clients. Hygienist is one of the best I have had. Dentist explains things well. The receptionist is perfect and accommodates your schedule. Thanks for everything see you again soon.

This was my first visit to dental partners I was sort of nervous the staff was great didn't have any problems my dental hygienist explain everything very clearly. My kids also enjoyed their visit to the dental partners that come out confident that they will be going back.

Absolutely worst practice I've ever been to. I had a tooth filled 6 weeks ago and the filling broke today while I was flossing and brushing my teeth. They also told me I needed extreme dental procedures and I had a gut instinct to seek a second opinion and thankfully I did. The dentist not only lied but after seeing her level of work I'm glad I didn't let her destroy any more of my teeth. This woman is a fraud and should have her license taken she's a liar and is only in it for the money. Ashli Abac

Yes, I'm accusing the female Dr. Dentist at Lewisburg Tennessee Dental partners of Fraud. Went last year after lock down from Covid to the dentist to have my bottom front teeth that were just brown and no black cavities made nicer for my 50th school reunion. The female Dr dentist was so sweet an gentle. BUT, I'm sure to defraud the insurance company and myself, she charged $1,425.00 for not permanent fillings. And all the white fillings that the dentist placed in the holes she drilled on the back side of teeth, started to fall out. Went back and at no cost except for exrays, refilled the white fillings twice. Was told not to come back because it is my fault. Last refilling , only lasted two hours , fell out while waiting for numbness to go down so I could drink and eat. Was told that I was putting tons of pressure on the teeth and that is why the fillings were falling out. But never gave a reason why one tooth was drilled down to a nub. Told, must have crowns NOW.. WELL I PROVED YOU WRONG. Went to a dentist in Shelbyville Tennessee and had one tooth redone with white fillings. That was in November, and guess what, it is now late March and the tooth still has the filling. My tongue is so sore from the empty holes on the back of my teeth that I can't afford to have fixed. Filled out a report of fraud and wrong doing with Tennessee.Gov. I don't have a retirement account, and my social security is only $600.00 a month. So you tried over and over to get me to buy crowns that you quoted me at $1,180.00 per tooth, times five. You messed my smile up so much, that I can not show my face at my fifty year school reunion. Sincerely, upset Mrs. Williams

Pam always makes my experience great when I go there. She's like an ol friend. Dr Thomas was there too and he is so friendly too. Everyone there is friendly that I have met. Going to the dentist has always been a chore to me, anxious. But they have all helped me be not so anxious! Keep up the good work guys!

From the first phone call to meeting the dr, everyone was sweet and comforting. Non judgemental office! They do not care how bad your mouth is, they want to help fix it and help give you your smile again! The office is very clean! The restroom is spotless! I highly recommend!
