As someone who's always had the "fear of going to the dentist" mindset, they made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. Everything was explained and they dont try to sell a bunch of work thats not necessary. Christy was definitely the best hygienist I've ever had, would definitely recommend this place!

We love Dr. Patton and our hygienist Emily B. I just wish she worked more than Fridays. My husband hates dentist and I couldn't get him to go for year. This office and Dr. Patton changed that.

Dr. Patton and Chrisy are amazing. They are very informative and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The office staff are friendly and take the time to explain your dental benefits, which is helpful.

The combination of excellent dental care performed with compassion and friendliness has kept my family going to Dental Partners in Fountain City of Knoxville for over 30 years. Both my children have grown up receiving their dental care with Dental Partners. When my son was in graduate school in Memphis, he continued to schedule his dental care with Dental Partners/Fountain City. Though my daughter has moved to South Knoxville, she also feels the drive to Fountain City is well worth the time and gas. Dr. Hunley (now retired) started the practice decades ago on the principle of dental excellence delivered with kindness. Dr. Patten and the staff continue this tradition.

I had a TERRIBLE tooth ache, and the tooth was broken, my gums were swollen and so was my entire side of my face. It was an absolutely terrible infection. Dentist is amazing and so caring and funny, makes you feel super comfortable and he's incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable of what he's doing, and lets you know before each step he takes of what he's fixing to do. I've switched to him permanently now. Also, they were able to get me in THAT day!!

We want to love this dentist office. Dr Patten takes time to explain issues and communicates well with my kiddos. The staff is friendly and helpful. BUT we've waited over an hour for appointments both times we have been here. That is way too long to sit in a waiting room for a child's appointment when they have homework and after school activities.

Initially told me my insurance would cover fluoride work and a mouth guard, but weeks later called me to inform me that the insurance didn't cover and now I'm being charged for it.

Dr. Patten is wonderful ! Going to the dentist should not be stressful. The whole team really make you feel at ease and take their time to address any dental issues you might have. Miss Kim always does a great job ! Highly reccommend Dental Partners!

Good work by all. 8/22: Good visit. VERY disappointed having to wait NINE months for my NEXT cleaning. I was told you are booked out that long. Two dentists should not be out nine months for a cleaning. At least offer me a spot on a list in case someone cancels prior to nine months.

The cleaning went very well and the dentist was great. I trust them because in an earlier visit, they saved me money by doing a simple fix whereas another dentist would have pulled a molar and installed an implant.
