Not impressed. I had a 10:30 appointment and was early waited 30 after my appointment time and another patient was taken in before I was who had an 11 am appointment before I was. Plus, you charged the wrong insurance plan even after I clearly gave you the correct insurance information. Not sure about you guys

Love the staff, but I don't have insurance and all they did was take an x-ray to look at a tooth I need pulled. I realized I wouldn't have the money to get it done and was barely in the dentist chair 10 minutes and was charged $171!!

Always great service and friendly people. Also, and maybe this is the case with other Dentists, but I basically was offered to enter a program for a small fee that essentially acts like insurance. Since I passed on dental insurance this last enrollment it came in handy after spotting a cavity.

I'm fairly new to this area and a neighbor told me this is where they go and highly recommend. I'm glad they were taking in new patients! They are all very helpful and friendly. Makes going to the dentist pain free.

Was the first time I've felt safe and comfortable at a dentist! Dr T was amazing and very nicely answered any silly questions I had with a smile on her face. Jennifer and Chelsea were also super nice and friendly and did their job the best ...

I also don't have insurance and they helped me out so that I could afford my X-rays, cleanings, and fillings!!! So thankful for them!!

I have used these people over the past 2 years and always had good service but today 8/25/22 I have never had such a run around over insurance in my life,after many attempts to get the matter solved,even having the Insurance Company call them I am going to another Dentist that seems to know what they are doing! As you can see from the response from the owner, they want me to call them after spending hours on the phone trying to rectify the problem yesterday.(why are they not reaching out to me they have my number ?}

Treated with courtesy in previous visits. But last visit was really half-arse. very painful cleaning, pressure to buy services from dentist who could barely speak English.

Dr Crisman was/is a gem as always! He is the best and takes excellent care of me...I couldn't ask for a better dental caregiver. However, the management company who now runs this practice is making more poor decisions. They've now 9/9/2021 visit) placed an office member in the lobby with an open cubical (no door/no closed walls) right next to the patients who are waiting to be seen. We can hear everything she's saying and she's handling PHI openly (not her fault) because she's sitting 3-feet from us. We hear names, numbers, insurance info, birthdates, charges/account information, you name it... REALLY dumb decision by Dental Partners management to place their employees AND US (patients) in this situation. Trying to solve one problem (lack of space) by creating another EVEN BIGGER problem with HIPAA/PHI implications, which also directly impacts the patients, demonstrates poor leadership and improper oversight.

I have 4 texts from 2 weeks out confirming my appointment! Show up on time for my appointment only to be told I was texted and my appointment had been canceled! Did not receive any text! I do not recommend Dental Partners!
