I'm so happy with, Dr. Perez. He is a pro!. Going to the dentist may not always be pleasant, but he and the staff are great at putting you at ease and being quick and efficient. I'm beyond happy with the visit and results . The girls in the front are as sweet as pie and welcome you with a smile . You can't go wrong with Dr. Perez Highly recommended!!

(Original) Estaba desesperada buscando para hacerle tratamiento a mi hijo de 10 anos en un lugar referido , encontre este por mi mejor amiga , mi hijo tenia mucho dolor , llame y la chica al principio me dijo que eran $1200 el tratamiento de conducto, le explique mi situacion economica de bajos recursos, cabeza de familia con dos ninos , le pedi por favor un descuento si podia dejarmelo en $1000 me dijo que iba a preguntar, luego me llama me dice que si me Iban a dar el descuento, pero que tambien podia aplicar a un credito en el sitio, ella vio mi desesperacion porque mi nino tenia 2 dias con dolor , al llegar al sitio aplico al credito , yo queria de $1000, la chica me ayuda a la aplicacion a $2000 me aceptaron comenzaron hacerle el tratamiento al nino y me dice que tal vez necesita una resina al final y seria entre $150 $200, le pago $1000 con el credito y le limpian y me voy a casa con mi nino mejorado, en la proxima cita a los 15 dias me dicen que si necesita la resina porque si no se le puede empeorar su muela que debo pagar $ 265 y pues al verme ya en el sitio en pleno tratamiento para mi hijo no tuve otra opcion q volver a pasar el credito, en conclusion son unos vivos porque pague $1265 en total ningun descuento me dieron que me habian dicho al principio y yo en mi desespero no me quedo remedio , no vuelvo mas al sitio y jamas lo recomendare por vivos porque no pueden jugar asi con la mente de ninguna persona y mas necesitada.

Had 2 fillings done, and it was a pos job. One side can barely place a floss and another side a piece of filling fell off and made a larger gap between teeth. What a joke

I had to have a root canal done and was told that it would cost about 1200 the broke down the charges and told me that they were charging me $150 for the use of a dental dam which was never used, an additional $150 for antibiotics which was also not used. When I questioned both charges they told me that I wouldn't have noticed these procedures as they are quick and not covered by my insurance. I have had a dental damn placed in my mouth and unless you are dead, you would noticed them using a dental dam, it a large rubber barrier that they use to isolate the teeth they are working on and prevent materials from falling into your mouth. As I mentioned previously, this was never done, I was also able to go to Walmart and find dental dams for $15 for a pack of ten. I am now being told that my Crown is going to cost another $1200. I raised the issue with my insurance, they have since dropped this office from their network. Ps there is on receptionist with dark long hair that is very sweet and nice. The blond woman with the pen that belongs back in the 80s, needs to be Fired. But that won't happen, she is the crook making them their extra cash.

Great staff ,very courteous and gentle. One of the better dental experiences I've ever had. I would highly recommend Dental Partners to anyone.

I assisted for several months and different treatments! My experience with the hygienist was good, I was extracted from a wisdom tooth, the communication of costs NOT was clear and simple, but the recovery was extraordinary. Now, the doctor may be good but I do not feel confident and I decided to change my dental practice.

Avoid this place at all cost!!!! Total scam. First, they recommend treatments you do not need and they are so unprofessional that they don't care about the patients at all. They also set their prices randomly. I was told so by the receptionist when I asked why my husband was charged 65$ for the same treatment I was told to be 135 $. Amazing they are not closed already.

Prompt, professional and friendly every time I've been in DDP...made me feel like my comfort and knowledge of what needed to be accomplished throughout the process of getting a new crown were their top priority. I could not be happier with Doral Dental Partners
