I would give a zero stars for the service. First appointment was at 9am. No place to park! Second was told where to park and then had to go out and move my vehicle as I was parked blocking another patient in. 45 mins of paperwork, no pre-check in. Another 20 mins waiting in waiting room, for a chair. X-rays taken then sat in examining chair 25 more minutes waiting for someone to talk to me about what what was next. Totally not a professional experience at all.

For me personally, it is always good to see the same hygienist every 6 mos. I have been fortunate to have had mine for a few years now. She has all of my I formation at her finger tips, she knows that I am not a fan of the mint polishing paste, she knows that I will always do the floride treatment. And, I really like that the hygienists can make theor own appointments The staff is always polite and courteous. If you miss your 6 mos appointment, I hate it for ya...it's almost impossible to squeeze back in !

Dr. Crosby and staff were great to get me in quickly when I had a problem requiring a temporary crown. They talked me through everything, from treatment plan to out of pocket expense. And Dr. Crosby made sure I didn't feel any pain!
