My whole family went here till this week. I called to have a prescription refilled multiple times but they never answered my calls nor did they replied to my numerous voicemails. I finally had to go up to the office. The brown headed receptionist was extremely rude and told me I never called and it was not their fault but mine . She then suggested transferring our files if we were unhappy. She did not care about us as patients nor did she try to involve management or resolve the problem. She continued to talk about us leaving the office while we walked out the door. The Dentists are great but the front service is awful. They are unreliable, inattentive and unkind. Unfortunately they handled your paperwork and whom you interact with the most. I never complain but I hope no one else gets treated like we did at this office. This is not the first occurrence which makes it hard to believe they make a minor mistake. In late November we had to pay a bill but when I called up there to pay it they didn't know the correct amount and tired to overcharge me.

I am so impressed with my whole experience with Dr. Mcanly and his dental hygienist Angela. i had a cracked tooth, and they got me right in right away and took very good care of me. Ive had some really bad experiences with other dentists that i was hesitant to go to another. However they truly care about you. Dr. Mcanly detailed the procedure every step of the way. I can honestly say this was the first time it did not hurt! I'm so happy to have found them. Thank you to Angela and Dr. Mcanly for a pleasant experience and the help in alleviating my fears of going to the dentist.

Terrible experience. I told them I had high sensitivity regarding my gums and teeth. I told the nurse and the front desk about my high sensitivity but the dentist never asked me when she came in. when they were doing my exam I was in incredible pain. I told the dentist that I was in pain and I was physically crying in the chair. the dentist doing the exam threw down her instruments and threw her hands up and told me to go somewhere else. Absolutely awful. My grandma and friend goes here and they have good experiences but apparently I can't have one.

I don't think the hygienest is very thorough and doesn't spend enough time cleaning. It appears she just wants to get you in and out ASAP.

SAME DAY EMERGENCY SERVICE POSTED ON THEIR INTERNET SITE IS NOT TRUE. NOT MATTER THE PROBLEM OR HOW BAD THE PAIN IS THEY DO NOT TAKE YOU IN RIGHT AWAY. THEY WANT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN THE FUTURE.
