Dr. Amanda Wards enthusiasm and dedication to patient care and well being has followed her throughout her education and experience. For her pre-dental studies, Dr. Ward earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of Florida before she attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Dentistry and earned her Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree. While attending the UAB School of Dentistry, she provided dental treatment to residents of the Birmingham retirement community. She also held several leadership positions while completing her education, including Vice President of the Alabama Student Chapter of the Academy of General Dentistry. She also assisted with several annual community service projects throughout her dental education in Birmingham, such as providing free dental screenings and resources to undeserved children as well as participating in the UAB School of Dentistrys Community Cares Day, which provides free dental treatment to over 500 low-income patients. Dr. Ward then returned to Florida and completed her General Practice Residency program at the Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, where she spent the year providing comprehensive dental care to the areas veteran population. During her residency, she attended post-doctoral courses at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. She is also a member of the American Dental Association, the American Dental Political Action Committee, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Student Dental Association and the American Association of Women Dentists. In her spare time, you can find Dr. Ward traveling, cooking and hiking with her husband. They also enjoy going to concerts and music festivals and spending time with their dog, Pepper.

I walked away feeling really well informed and comfortable. The doctor, dental hygienist, and nurse were all very kind and welcoming. I've been to 3 dentists in Bellevue, and my experience here was by far the best. I will be coming here from now on!

Great dental office! Brought my daughter in for exam and cleaning. Hope was wonderful and made her feel very comfortable the entire time. There was little to no wait for the appointment and they spent time with me explaining everything. Never felt rushed, everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Amanda Ward is the most kindest dentist you will ever find. If she leaves then I'm not going back! Is what I told my mom and aunt. My mom said she saw how they treated me and she even wants to see if they accept her insurance. So I think if you have Dental Anxiety you should check out Dental Partners of Bellevue and Dr. Amanda Ward.

What an amazing first experience there!!! Everyone was so nice, respectful, and personable! I tend to build up a bit of anxiety when going to the dentist, but they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I felt like I wasnt just another client that they were trying to get out the door, which is rare now a days. Dr Amanda Ward talked to me about things that no other dentist had taken the time to talk to me about before (my jaw clicking & teeth grinding). I am so glad I found them. Cant wait to go again in 6 months!

This is the best dental office i have ever been to! I had a dental emergency and the dentist was able to fit me in and take care of the issue with minimal pain, she was very thorough with explaining each step of the proceedure as well. I am a long time patient here for cleanings because of how wonderful the staff has always been to us especially our hygienist hope!

My first visit to Dental Partners was a great experience. The entire staff is friendly, professional and welcoming. My dental hygienist, Emily, did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and put me at ease during the process. Both the hygienist and the dentist, Dr. Ward, were thorough and explained everything completely. I am so happy I found them!

My first time in this dental office. Everyone was great-receptionist, hygienist, and dentist! I had an appointment and there was no wait time. Special shout-out to Hope who was AMAZING! It has been a looong time since I have had a cleaning-Hope was gentle and took (extra) time cleaning my teeth. Her bedside manner is great. Highly recommend! 10/10

Dental Partners is a very friendly place. My hygienist always works hard to make me as comfortable as possible and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. The dentist listens to my questions and clearly communicates observations and recommendations for my oral health.

What a wonderful office! Emily was so nice and thorough as she talked me thru each x-ray and my cleaning. Dr. Ward was fabulous and realistic about my treatment plan. As someone who has "dentist anxiety" they made me feel comfortable and at ease with their hospitality and knowledge! Bonus that the oral surgeon is in the same building so I took my referral downstairs and booked my next appointment that day! Def recommend!

The office as a whole I do recommend going to for your dental needs. I get a cleaning here every 6 months and have had various work from fillings, to crowns, to getting a mouth guard fitted and molded for my tmj. The con is that in 3 years they've gone through 3 different dentists. I would say if it's important for you to build a lasting relationship with your dentist this isn't the right place , but if you simply care about quality good dental care, I do recommend. At this point I don't take a lot of time getting to know the dentists as I expect next visit someone new will likely be there anyway.

Excellent staff - kind, caring and professional - from Dentist Dr. Ward to dental assistant to front office. They did their best to make me feel relaxed and comfortable at all times - which is VERY HARD for me in a dental office. I appreciate that they showed me x-rays and explained options, and made sure I understood and was included in the discussion and agreed on a treatment plan. Thank you all so much for working to save a tooth.
