The care I received was good when I was there and I always pay my part after insurance at the time of service, keep in mind that the ladies at the desk tell me that amount. Fwd a year later and I call to make an appointment and I'm told they can't make an appointment for me as I was turned over to the credit bureau! This surprises me as I paid at the office, but apparently I was told the wrong amount to pay (less than $100!) I'm unaware of this, I even pulled up my credit and nothing is there! I offer to pay the bill, I'm told I have to pay the credit bureau... I agree but then I'm told that in the future I have to pay for any procedures done up front and that they'll "send me a check" when my insurance pays them... what?! Possibly $1000s or more for this! For a bill that's less than $100?!! That I wasn't even aware of?? I owe it, I understand that but to treat and require a patient to pay hundreds or thousands up front when insurance is verified.... that IS NOT good business and it's not the way people should be treated; especially when there is no history of this being done before!!

i called up here after trying to get a hold of this place for 3 DAYS and left a message and i never got a call back. i finally was able to get on the phone with someone and the lady was rude and very impatient with me considering it was my first time EVER trying to make an appointment. i was gathering my information for her and that's when she started to get impatient. then told me to "call back when i have it figured out". after i've been trying to call you guys for 3 days?? yeah no thanks.

Okay so im not big on dentists or doctors but Dr. Jernigan ( hope i spelled that right) was fantastic. He broke down what he was about to do and if i had any questions gave me plenty of time to ask them. Chair side manner was great. He didnt just jump straight in and start yanking on my tooth. He made sure i was completely numb and made sure i understood if i needed more medicine it was avaialable. Only time i have ever felt comfortable in a dentist chair. I highly recommend going to see him if youre like me and afraid of dentists

The people who work here are so friendly and helpful. It was my first cleaning and Haley was absolutely awesome. Dr Hudson was very nice and thorough. They both made my experience there very pleasant and painless.

I always get great care from Dr Wright and his staff! They are all very patient and willing to work with you to get you the appointment you need when- and where- you need it! Always friendly and welcoming.

I always experience great customer service and professionalism upon entering the office until I depart. My whole family has now become a part of Dental Partners. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

On time and short office wait. Excellent exam and prophylaxis. Crown procedure was painless and professional. OUTSTANDING! Even shorter waiting room time. Barely sat down for appointment. Very professional prophylaxis. Great visit!

Kayla Pickelsimer is WONDERFUL!! I have really sensitive teeth and she is the only person I will let clean my teeth. I moved out of town almost two years ago and I still travel back to Albany just to come see her when it is time for my cleaning.

I have been a patient with Dental Partners for a year now. The level of care provided by the Receptionists, my Dental Hygienist, Lyn Reed and my Dentist has not changed. My oral hygiene has improved considerably. Thank you Dental Partners!

1/28/19...First Time Visitor In Years To A Dental Office And The Staff Here Made That ExperienceA Piece Of Cake(Cheescake I prefer .After Signing In My Wait Was Faster Than McDonald's Driv Thru Late Nights.My One Of Many Problems Were Fixed And I'm Satisfied. Special Thanks To Mrs Katina who help me stay relax as possible through the process.Definitely Would Recommended Anyone To Dental Partners.

Great experience! I had my semi-annual dental hygiene (cleaning) and annual exam today. The hygienist was wonderful, relaxed, easy to talk to, and did a super job. No pain, no anxiety, and the procedure was done quickly and safely with extra care to protect both myself and the staff from any potential Covid exposure. The doctor was very thorough and they worked with me to make sure the special considerations for my insurance coverage were taken care of. I highly recommend Dental Partners for all your dental needs.

Dr. Merritt is a lifesaver! I chipped my front tooth last night and she came to the rescue today. I really appreciate all of her expertise and the quality work she provides. The staff is also friendly and caring. Thank you!

I walk in and sign in and it take about 10 min. I told the receptor at the desk my problem and in three minutes. I was in the dentist chair, the doctor start his examination and rest was history. The staff was very friendly and with a smile. Everything was sweet.

Dr. BUSH and Dana were great. I was told my bill would be 1600 and some change I paid in full. 3 bills later it totaled 4000 dollars they said the 1600 was a EST. How can you be 2600 dollars off and this was after the work was done. I wouldn't bring my dog there
