Dr. Dan Boettcher is a native of Clintonville, Wisconsin. He graduated Marquette University with a biology major in 1991 and Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1994. In 1995, he began his practice here at Dental Park and has made Manitowoc his home.
Dr. Boettcher is a member and past president of the Manitowoc/Calumet County Dental Society, a member of the Wisconsin Dental Association and the American Dental Association. He also donates his time and services at the Lakeshore Technical College dental clinic providing dental care for those in need.
Dr. Boettcher is a member of St. Francis of Assisi parish. He is the proud father of 2 amazing teenage sons, Hayden and Brady. You will normally find him coaching and cheering them on in their various sports and school activities or outdoors enjoying time golfing, playing tennis, hunting or fishing.
Dr. Culligan graduated from Roncalli High School in 1996. Continuing his education he graduated from Marquette University in 2000 with a B.S. degree in biology, and Creighton School of Dentistry in 2005. Upon graduation, he returned to his hometown of Manitowoc and began his practice at Dental Park.
Dr. Culligan is a member and past officer of the Manitowoc/Calumet County Dental Society, the Wisconsin Dental Association and the American Dental Association. He also donates his time and services at the Lakeshore Technical College dental clinic providing dental care for those in need.
He and his wife Stacey have been blessed with 3 beautiful girls, Lindsey, Claire & Elise. Together, they enjoy spending time with family and traveling. He also loves to play golf and is an avid sports fan!
Dr. Groddy is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He graduated from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1988. In 1993, he began his practice at Dental Park and since that time has called Manitowoc home.

Dr. Claire Krummel is a Manitowoc native, graduating from Roncalli High School in 2011. She completed her B.S degree in Biomedical Sciences at Marquette University in 2015, and loved Marquette so much she chose to pursue her DDS degree there as well. Following graduation in 2019, Dr. Claire completed a 1 year residency program at Tri County Dental Clinic in Appleton, WI. She is a member of the American Dental Association and Wisconsin Dental Association, and enjoys volunteering her time at Tri County Dental Clinic. She is so happy to be practicing back in her hometown, especially because she has been a patient at Dental Park since she was a child! In her free time, Dr. Claire LOVES to bake its a good thing she loves to run too! She is very close with her parents and brothers and enjoys traveling, playing golf, tennis, and skiing with them. Dr. Claire and her fiance Ryan are getting married in August 2021, and love to spend time with his daughter Brielle. Faith is an important part of their lives, and both Dr. Claire and Ryan are members of St. Francis of Assisi parish in Manitowoc, where she serves at Mass regularly. You can be sure Dr. Claire will greet you with a smile, and she will help you love your smile too!
Dr. Tara Stream was born and raised in De Pere, Wisconsin. She attended Michigan Technological University in Houghton, MI where she played basketball and graduated with her B.S. degree in Biological Sciences in 2010. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2014.
Dr. Tara is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and currently serves as Vice President of the Manitowoc/Calumet County Dental Society.
Dr. Tara resides in Manitowoc with her husband Chris, their daughter Essi, and two dogs. The Stream family are members of St. Francis of Assisi Parish. Dr. Tara considers herself an avid college sports fan and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Mariah is a gem. Personable and efficient. She does a great job! I have had Dr Boettcher as our dentist for decades. Everyone loves Dr Boettcher.

My first time at Dental Park. I was greeted by the receptionist warmly. I waited about 10 minutes to be called for my appointment. I had X-rays done, then Dr. Boettcher did the initial exam. He was very friendly but professional. Then Mandy cleaned my teeth. She was also very nice. Set up next appointment and was on my way. Waiting room and other rooms were very clean and orderly. I would recommend this dental office!

Great service and great job by the Dental Hygienist and Dentist. But may need to consider a different dental care facility because I can only get an appointment once a year due to your available staff.

Had a teeth cleaning done and the hygienist didn't use the tool I normally have which I like instead of all the scraping. Also extremely disappointed with not being able to get six month appointments. My boss goes to family dental and he called today for a teeth cleaning and has an appointment in September!! I told him I have to wait until May for my next visit he said I should switch dentists!

Caring and compassionate staff from the front desk to the clinic. No judgement felt at all. All staff and doctors made a point to check in often to answer any questions and make sure I was completely comfortable.
