This clinic is very professional, kind, and gives great care. I came in for multiple extractions and was very anxious at the start. The nurses as well as the oral surgeon himself were extremely kind and understanding of my nervousness, they explained everything to me and I felt 0 pain or discomfort. I would highly reccomend this place for oral surgery. Thank you to the staff and doctor for all their kindness

I didn't mind the 3 hour wait time, as I was already prepared for it after reading the reviews. 4 stars to the Front desk, Doctor, and Dental assistants who were all very nice and polite. 1 star goes to the older lady, with long hair who sits in the front desk area, but at the back. Speaks in a very condescending tone, and her unwillingness to give any information details regarding insurances or copays radiates from a mile away. This person is cold, rude and has no sense of empathy, care or willingness to help patients.

There staff are very careless They tooked out my two teeth and I didn't get my medication until next day and very important my date of birth they put totally wrong And they don't know who came first to the line or appointment I was waiting 3 hours Omg

Highly satisfied with the services I received today , I have insurance from the marketplace and sadly it's slim pickens when it come to participating providers. The dr and staff were very professional , they explained all my options as my case was slightly more complicated due to the proximity of the facial nerve , I chose sedation and felt no pain at all , start to finish I was there less than 3 hours. Highly recommend

The office staff is all right, but the phone line is terrible. I need medicine after surgery, Waiting for about 3hours and made three phone call, They Say someone will call me back . But still waiting in the pharmacy for medicine no any updates. One of the lady answered my phone is really bad. I called them. I tried to explained situation, but she hang up my call right the way.

I called to make an appointment. Phone staff wasn't rude. Showed up, staff wasn't rude at front. Wait time wasn't long either. I went in originally to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed but doctor advised doing only one side 2 at a time and I'm glad I listened. My cheek and throat swelled up bad on day 2 and didnt go all ghe way down until about day 6. I'm still on day 7 and my throat kinda hurts. I did get really bad sores inside my mouth and bled for a couple days. The area where my wisdom teeth were pulled is still red and inflamed. It was impossible to eat or talk for a few days from the pain. I got prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen800 which doesnt help with pain at all. I actually had to go to someone else to get oral lidocaine to numb my mouth to be able to eat or brush my teeth and real pain medicine. It has been torture for sure and my second opinion said the doctor was extremely rough and heavy handed, which I don't even know who the surgeon was because I was so drugged up leaving the place I don't remember getting any kinda paperwork. Luckily I had my friend to help. But yeah, the sores are still healing and it's getting better but it's def been a pain

Excellent service, great staff, My surgery went well, great doctor. No pain. Just one thing, there were more family members sitting in the seats taking the office over. A grandmother, mother, and another son were waiting for the son inside. All sitting, while we patience stood and waited out side. "Their office sign" should be on the front door about patients only allowed inside. Again, great doctor and staff.

Im not sure why this place has bad reviews. I was pretty scared for my wisdom teeth removal. Dr Wilson was great. He explained everything. The procedure took about 10 minutes.

Very bad surgeon. Came on time for my 9am appointment and was seen for surgery at 10am. Almost forgot to take my X-rays and failed to send my medication to the pharmacy. Keep away from these amateurs!

Giving it 4 stars due to long waiting time, almost an hour but the overall experience was pleasant. The dental hygienist with the short hair is very nice, we did a little chit chat and the dentist explained what's going to happen. I was put down and the next thing I knew, I was done. No pain at all.

The place is not recomendable , 0 Start es better than 1 the staff for radiography is terrible rude. , my appointment was at 11:00 am and I didn't eat for instructions, but I enter to room at 3:00 pm tired and hungry because not eat anything during the day. Many hours waiting when I was inside the assistant was confuse with me because she confused my paper with another patient. She scared me. Very mass place. When I saw the room very dirty, everything dirty then the surgeon told me in very rude actitud you are very old for remove wisdom teeth because you are more than 30 years old 90% your face will be paralyzed . I feel this oral surgery men is not professional. I decided no stay there after that I run away.... Killer place and some patients were outside with complaints also,the worse place ever.

Worse place ever. Without even see it They want $500-$900 for a extraction. They care only about money. Hospital is way better professional, secure and affordable.

I was scared reading the reviews to go to this clinic When I walked in I can see the reason of the comments All the Staff are young ( that can be a challenge sometimes) never the less since I was prepared mentally I came with a smile and a positive attitude ..front desk Girls were polite enough and girls who were with me in the operating room were SUPER NICE.! Dr was Amazing! Asked me if I have any questions concerns etc I felt no pain during the procedure except after hours which is normal) Just give a chance to the staff( they could be a little more friendly) and with a great dr Clinic is good overall
