My fiance had a great experience we arrived at around 6:50am( Walk-in) for an extraction. The front desk assistant opened up around 7:00am she was very sweet and professional as well as the oral surgeon who made my fiance feel very comfortable she was amazing she said. The procedure was very quick and painless. I would recommend coming here to anyone! Ps: it gets very packed, and they suggest that you have a referral by your dentist.

Love this Place . Easily can be overseen though because the Location. Doctors are great and receptionists were very informative. My experience was excellent all the way around. Waited the usual time nothing strenuous. Would recommended.

My experience was great. I arrived for an emergency surgery for extraction for my wisdom tooth. I was the first in line with no appointment. If you are going for a emergency procedure make sure your early because it is first come first serve( the facility opened at 7:30-m. I was there at 5:50-6:00am) . Nevertheless, filled out a couple of forms and they took my x-ray. The staff and doctor where very nice and asked all the question that I had. I did go under ( I was fully sedated) which helped the process. After my surgery they sat me down in a comfortable chair so that I can fully awaken. After that they gave me extra gaze and instructions for after care. Thank you for the wonderful experience! ( Just to add I don't know why the reviews on this place are so bad people complain of waiting a long time when going in for appointments but yet again this is a walk in clinic. You have to be there early or else your wait will possibly be long because they are performing surgery.) The review scared me because I almost didn't come to the site because of them. IF YOU NEED TO GO TO A WALK-IN IN CLINIC COME HERE. It's honestly your best choice just arrive early and have your ID and insurance. I advise you to call ahead to see if they take your insurance and if you'd like to be sedated also ask information on that as well.

Absolutely disappointed with the practice. You can never get anyone on the phone. Authorization was obtained July 7th for something that was an emergency. Now they "don't accept walk-in patients". The next appointment for an emergency is 7/30/22. Completely negligent. Stay away from this place.

My surgery and recovery went very well. The staff was very kind and professional too. You couldn't ask for a better experience when having an extraction done, which itself is something that nobody really wants to have done for a multitude of reasons but DOS makes sure that it's as stress free, and painless as possible. I couldn't recommend a place more if that's what you're needing to have done.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! After my first visit here a few months ago I still suffer from PTSD. I got my bottom right wisdom tooth extracted and I last a month & a few days in pain. I was sent home with some medication, 5 days later i called in because of the excruciating pain i was under, the lady i spoke to said "after you finish your medication your pain will go away just give it some time for the meds to do its job". I finished my medication and the PAIN continued as if it was the first day I got surgery. Terrible! The receptionist said " I have to see the dentist before prescribing more meds (acetaminophen 800 mg ) She (the doctor) gave me gauze "I cried to her because i was so much in pain to please help me because I am suffering alot so she walks away tells her assistant to sent another refill to the pharmacy. I was sent home same excruciating pain. My family & friends where shocked because "they never seen something like this before, according to them usually pain goes away after a few days" Two weeks later am still in PAIN! Now Seaking to see another doctor to please explain to me why the pain continued. I pay $75 for a consultation at another dental office. He said to me next time get it done here & I promise you will be okay the next day. As a professional do, keep their opinions confidential about others doctors. In quotation said " You don't want to go there again" My medication finished after 3 weeks after and so the pain continues little less painfull got over the counter medication to treat the pain. Pain when away 1 month a 3 days later count.

waiting is terrible. 30 min for registering : standing on line at the very small office 1 1/2 hour waiting at the other office space for an appointment. I was able to see the doctor 2 hours after my appointment. a lot of documents to sign - they should have asked them to do when we make an appointment. walking in person asked "how long is waiting?" The answer was 5 hours. They need to do it at the different way. It sounds like they don't care patients at all. NO one can be happy there. The person who is doing the registration - looks upset. I understand her. Need to be changed

Was sitting in the waiting very small room for my boyfriend while he was getting surgery, where there are ceiling to floor windows. The sun comes directly in through the windows and there are shades, but they are wide open. I pulled down the shade half way on one of the windows because the sun coming in was really strong. The girl at the front desk came and opened it wide and said she needs to see outside - meanwhile, there's 4 other floor to ceiling windows that are wide open to the outside and i had only closed one in the corner half way. No regard for the people here in the waiting area, just for her personal "view" of the outside. Utterly rude. Especially because how can she "see outside" when people are covering her "view" as she's servicing them at the front desk??

I got my top left wisdom tooth removed. The day of the surgery was fine but every day after was a nightmare. The amount of pain that did not stop. My jaw locked I can't even drink water without being in excruciating pain. I come in for a follow up and wait an hour and a half just for the receptionist who is nothing short of rude and unpleasant, to tell me that there's nothing she can do. I finally get called in and the doctor did not explain to me why I'm experiencing these complications. All she did was change my prescription and walk away. A joke. Honestly save yourself the time and headache. Go somewhere else where they actually care! I don't think people understand how much oral surgery hurts.. add complications to that & a rude/clueless staff and you have your worst nightmare. Seriously, stay away from this practice.

If you are a walk in, show up way before they open (at least an hour), have your id and insurance with you, be clear on what your insurance will cover, ask as many questions as you need, and it may not be an unpleasant experience. My surgery itself was smooth, in and out. The doctor was not chatty but professional. Follow up care review: I called still in pain and was referred to the emergency room for non-emergency pain. They were incredibly short with my follow-up call. I had been prescribed 7 days of pain meds but was still in distracting pain until day 10. Had to get pain prescription from my PCP (who mentioned that they should have prescribed a refill). Every individual body heals differently but I was told I "should be fine, it's usually enough." Off putting. Thankful this is a 1 and done deal.

I got my wisdom teeth on the right side taken out, so I went here to get the left side taken out. The wanted to put me under general anesthesia which I refused because I had no one to take me home, and the assistant then suggested that I could just "get an Uber home". I refused once again because I live in Brooklyn and that would cost a pretty penny. It was bold of her to say this. Soon enough, I got into the office and the dentist proceeded to get me ready. During the removal, they injected local anesthetic but went right to work and didn't even give it a chance to work. I felt the entire thing. The dentist tells me to turn my head and the assistant roughly holds it down. Another one comes in and start holding my legs down. I thought this was the end of it, but then I felt this horrible intense facial pain for 4 days straight. I went for a follow up and it took me 4 hours to get seen. Turns out they damaged my trigeminal nerve, who knows if it'll heal. Thanks, Dental Oral.

I understand that there is a pandemic but come on, if you're going to do business and have YOUR PATIENTS WAITING IN ANOTHER AREA OF THE PRACTICE DUE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING, please turn the heat on ATLEAST. My son and I were freezing. If this was SoHo, this wouldn't be an issue.

If you're seeing the mix of good and bad reviews and you're contemplating on whether to get service here or not , I would say choose here , this place took care of my wisdom tooth extraction and handled me with care , polite and helpful staff, and Dr.Honrado helped me so much and she has a very nice personality, it seems as if this location has been working on their workplace culture, because everything turned out fine

Dr. Honrado SAVED MY LIFE!!!!. I had 2 horrible tooth infections. I was a walk in and arrived about 7:45am. The reception was already set up and assisting patients. I was seen about 10am and the process was over by 10:15-10:20. I have the worst dental anxiety but Dr. Honrado and her assistant were the sweetest ever and certainly kept me distracted,. Wish I can give them 200 Stars. I have been to this location yrs ago and they never disappoint.
