To be honest did a walk inn got seen i was also new patient pulled my tooth out.. Felt better.. Everyone was nice but I can see why others say the staff was rude.. They just had so many walk inns instead of makin appt .. Going back again this week to get another tooth pulled out. Dr was very nice also great work

I had a good experience. If you have common sense, and are a good person you'll do fine here. I didn't hear any screaming or crying coming from the back, while I was in the waiting room. Like I have heard in every private OS Doctor office.

Everyone was great. Dr. said I would feel a little pinch. I never felt it. The next thing I knew the staff was telling me I could walk. I had 5 teeth removed. Pain was minimal.

Like the inner most ring of hell. Normal wait times are 2 hours past appointment time. Lobby always overflowing/ not enough room or chairs. Zero masks being worn in lobby. Even staff have masks below nose, etc. Absolutely abhorrent in every way. Avoid if you can.

Pro: SOME of the staff are very friendly. Con: When making an appt you call the Bronx and are unable to speak to someone in the Middletown location directly. Con: Don't worry about arriving early to fill out paperwork because you'll have all the time in the world while waiting in excess of an hour. We traveled 50 minutes and arrived 20 minutes early for a 9:30 appt. We were told there was over an hour wait. If the office opens at 8:30 how can you be over an hour late already. That's simply poor scheduling or complete disregard for their clients, either way the patient suffers .I'd bet money that the surgeon wasn't even there yet. I wasn't seen until 10:50 Con: The surgeon was very short with me and seemed to dismiss my concerns. Her actions spoke volumes when I was still explaining my issue and she walked out to see the next patient. We will most definitely not be returning

I just want to said I had my wisdom tooth extraction today. I must admit I was a little scared because of the rating they gave this office. I give them a 10 not a 5. Everyone was pleasant and very professional. I thank you all.

I called them for an emergency tooth extraction and they got me in the first thing the next morning. Went there and had a lite bit of a wait but it was worth it. Tooth was taken out with no problem. Best dentist visit ever. The staff and doctors were wonderful.

Honestly everything went well in the office I had a short wait but that's ok my issue is that after I left I realized there's multiple bone/tooth fragments left behind in my gums and it is very painful

Making an appointment as a new patient was super easy. All of my initial questions were answered over the phone & in office. Though I was given an appointment 2 weeks away, I was contacted the following day to be seen within 3 days, due to a cancelation!!!! In reality, you must prepare to wait once you arrive for your visit & it's well worth it, being a consultation & treatment was done all in the same day! A major plus! Thank you Doc, clinical & admin. staff!

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY OUT OF POCKET. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY AFTER THE INSURANCE COMPANY PAYS.

Doctors are great. The staff is not helpful. I got my wisdom tooth removed. they sent over the prescription to wrong pharmacy. the office closed. their call center didnt try to get office to send the RX to pharmacy. I call again when the office opened, they say they cant tell me where they sent it to. I tell them to send it to my pharmacy that i had given to them. My pharmacy can't fill it cause its filled somewhere else. I call back and tell the office to please tell me the name of the 1st pharmacy, they said "sorry its been replaced/deleted, WE DO NOT KNOW" fax machine has all info saved. So i tell them to please call my walgreens pharmacy and explain them the situation. I called my pharmacy after 1.5 hours and they havent heard back anything. so whole 24 hrs after surgery without pain meds and anti bacterial meds. UPDATE: They said the day i went to visit that i was covered for xray with my insurance company after running benefit of investigation. They then billed me for xray, cause my insurance company had specifically stated I had already used up my whole xray time. The lady that took the xray said I wouldn't have to pay. so why lie about what came back in the Benefit Results or they just dont know how to read them?

This woman is amazing. I have been suffering for years and have seen several surgeons who didn't take my complaints seriously. She took one look at the x-ray said I see the problem and did the surgery immediately. She has changed my quality of life and I am so thankful for what she has done. I highly recommend her. She is the best surgeon I have seen in years.

The oreal surgeon I had today did an excellent job and I am really Happy on the amazing work thank you I am 100% happier I went and had rotten teeth pulled out today

Very poor experience. Went for dental work, was told to come early to fill out paperwork, showed up at 9 for a 930 appt. Come 1030 still waiting people had been there since 8 waiting and started asking questions, they finally tell us the dentist is "running a little late" and wasn't even there yet, she finally walked in around 11/1130. There were still people walking in for appointments, they were being told the wait time was 30 minutes. The waiting room was extremely cramped/full. Also to mention the music playing was extremely inappropriate for a dental office. Then to try and get in touch with someone is straight up Impossible. Terrible terrible experience

This place is amazingly fast once you're all checked in, you might have alittle bit of a wait to get in the seat, but once you're in it's bing bang, done. I ended up getting two pulled (not wisdom teeth) and the did a fantastic job. I was under the impression from the gentleman on the phone that it was a full on anesthetic that put you to sleep, they only sedate you..but it was perfectly fine for me afterward & I would love to have it again instead of being fully put out. I have severe anxiety & previous trauma from my regular dentist, but they were absolutely amazing!!! The staff was SUPER friendly, and encouraging. I will definitely be going back for any future dental needs! Thank you so much Dental Oral Surgery, Middletown NY

After reading reviews on here I was extremely nervous to go in to get my wisdom teeth removed. However I had a great experience. They got me in quickly explained everything very well. When I had a panic attack they were amazing and reassured me. They pulled my 2 wisdom teeth and the meds were ready at the pharmacy when I left.
