I had a 11am appointment I was around 12pm but it is worth the wait I choose not to go to sleep but when the numbness kicked in I did no feel no pain when he was taking my tooth out. I would go back there again the staff is very nice and the place is kept very clean.

Went to have my wisdom teeth extracted. Procedure was quick, but they are very rude and do not take time to tell you what is needed for after procedure, only that medication was sent to chosen pharmacy. Seemed more concerned with rushing patients out after each procedure. I would not revisit this location and will never recommend anyone else to try them.

It was a horrible experience. Along with the co pay which they refused to bill you. They wanted up front $100 extra just to look at the toothttooth.

They only take 10-15 people now, so get there by 6am! Dr. Hirsh is very fast and very good. You're in good hands with him.

Honestly besides the wait time before they open this is an amazing place and a great experience. I was number 15 and got there at 6:45 AM I wasn't in pain but I came to prevent bigger pain than what I was feeling, a small pulling sensation I've had all weekend. I came on a Thursday filled out my paperwork outside and The weather was fairly nice so I didn't mind as soon as I saw a chair available inside I went to sit where I waited about 2 1/2 hours for x-ray and then about 25 minutes to be seen. The dental associates were very sweet but the dentist was a bit in a rush with the explaining and what I should do with my other teeth besides the one that he was going to work on today. which is understandable. I got put to sleep and they were done in about 20 minutes. Overall in 8.5out of 10 will be coming back for emergency purposes which hopefully is never again lol.

There Impatient, Non Helpful , They Don't Have & They NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE ! The barely take care of people yet they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE !

Got there at 6:00am there was already 15 people on line. I got checked around 10 the staff was sweet and patient the only thing I hate is the wait I left around 12pm if you want to get checked quick be on the line at 5:30 you will be out much sooner! Also they dont take some medicaids so call and ask if they accept yours before doing allat

There's a line yes but early bird..you know the rest..LISTEN FIRST 35 PEOPLE ONLY EVEN IF YOU HAVE A REFERRAL. They open at 7:30 BE THERE BEFORE THEN. Soon after opening they come out and ask what insurance do you have if you're covered you get a number(1-35), fill out the forms, hand them in and then they let you know what time that SAME DAY when to come back. You come back and wait for your name to be called for x-rays then say 30mins later you're in the chair and before you know it they're done you leave however you choose.

You have one guy doing like 3 extractions. When I sat in the waiting room I heard one person yelling. When I got in my chair and was numbed I heard another person yell, when he got to me I was yelling. 2 minutes after the numbing he started working on me. The shot hardly took effect. I bleed half the day, my mask had blood in it. My tooth that wasn't there hurt for about 2wks. Maybe someone had a good experience, but I didn't. I wouldn't go there unless they had other dentist besides only one. The receptionists were really nice, polite and beautiful. If the dentist took his time and had a bedside manner, maybe I wouldn't have had such a bad experience. I don't do fake post, I keep it real.

All of the staff was super friendly. I got 3 wisdom tooth extraction I went with the "put me to sleep" option and it was a pain free experience. I went to their castle hill location was there since 630 am since I was the 6th person I was turned away the receptionist did mention their grand concourse location takes the first 35 I called them and headed straight there and was number 33 luckily I didn't waste a sick day at work. I felt comfortable with the staff and the surgeon. 5/5 recommended.

Worst service ever I came to have my 2 teeth pulled I asked to be put to sleep I was given fentanyl and never fell asleep he numb my gum very ruff he acted like he was rushing pulled out both teeth and started yelling at me because I was whimpering in pain cuz I felt everything!!! I wouldn't take my dog here !!!

This is WALK IN clinic first 30 people are served, so if you come anytime after 7:30am you won't be seen because people start making the line around 6:30am. But Let me tell you IT IS WORTH THE WAIT*!! Excellent Job. I got 3 extractions done here. THE surgeon was straight to the point and put me to sleep and i woke up 20min later on a chair no pain, no bleeding nothing. It was great my face was not even SWOLLEN like these other places do. If you are in pain, need removal ASAP and want a well done procedure DEFINITELY Come here and make your line !

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Have no consideration that people have been waiting for hours (since 5am) to be seen. Very rude to patients, ALL patients, the elderly, pregnant, children, etc. They do not provide proper sanitizing tools for their patients. Pens are not disinfected, everyone is touching the same clipboard and pen. There's no handsanitizer at the front desk, receptionist have an attitude if you ask for one....just very unpleasant, they do not provide a sense of trust or comfort for people getting dental surgery. Horrible STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

There was a line but u gotta be there early ., after tooth was out the girl helped me get into Lyft and I think I called my daughter FaceTime to make sure they communicate and help me ., honestly I don't remember., but all the staff was nice and I'm glad I came here

If I could give this place zero stars I would but I can't. This is the absolute worst oral surgery place to come. The wait is so long. They have you standing outside rain or shine, cold or hot they do not care. The staff acts like they don't care about there patients, you ask them a question and they give you and attitude. All they do is talk about there personal life. I would not recommend this location to anymore.

The staff we're amazing and super friendly it's alittle bit of wait since there's TONS of patients but that's a no brainer since walk ins is accepted which is great but yes I recommend this place , quick and plain less and hours later no pain
