HORRIBLE HORRIFIC THE WORST SURGEON I Have ever experienced. The most unprofessional man that I have ever come scrosst he didn't even give his name - He was Asian/Oriental - slim and young (25-30), I'm on oxygen they made me use my oxygen machine which was running low on oxygen, usually medical facilities will have you turn off your machine and use their oxygen to make sure that I have enough oxygen in my INOGEN to get home in I bled all day and night it finally stopped about 1:00a.m. I went there twice the first time, was to discuss the teeth that had to be removed and it had to be forwarded for approval from my insurance. The approval was for the removal of 7 teeth and approval to put me to sleep. I told him on my first visit or rather I asked him if I was going to be put to sleep he immediately responded Yes as long as they approved it. They did approve it - I also received a letter and prior to the letter; my insurance called me, I had to wait two weeks for my next appointment which would be the surgery, THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I EVER WAS WIDE AWAKE IT WAS A HORROR MOVIE!!!!!!! HE DID NOT PUT ME TO SLEEP LIKE HE SAID, HE NOW HAD A DIFFERENT STORY. And he left me swollen and bleeding. He stuck a needle in me and began yanking out my teeth, I was screaming. HE LEFT THE ROOM, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SURGERY,,He Was extremely NEGLIGENT. I RECEIVED NO ANTIBIOTICS OR ANYTHING FOR THE PAIN. I BLED INTO FRIDAY MORNING,

Dentist was fast and left without explaining about after care. They just gave me a small paper and said my meds will be at pharmacy. No follow up appointment was scheduled and they tried to rush me to leave. Had to come back and tell them about themselves cause I was not having their attitudes. Don't even bother coming here

If i can give 0 stars I would have. Please do not go there they have multiple unwarranted fees than is unexplainable. If you have regular dental insurance they try to charge insurance false claims and you are end up paying these fees. Please go somewhere professional as this place is not.

Do not come here or send family members! My mother came here after being referred because of pain in her gums. She arrived at 6:45 am and and noon / 12pm they finally saw her. They told her shouldn't couldn't eat for all those hours and she explained she was diabetic and needed to take medication. Bu yay I'll she was told she could not eat to be seen. When she was finally called in they told her they don't do anything with gums and sent her home. This place does not care for the patients they serve. Typical Bronx establishment where patients have to wait hours and get attitudes by receptionists and service providers. They have no chairs in lobby to sit and wait. Patients have to stand for hours. My mother was sent home and not given no referral no recommendations the doctor and girl simply walked out the room.filing a complaint against this place no patient care at all. Jenny is the worse receptionist the providers do not care for the people they serve.

Horrible! Will leave u on hold for 30 minutes hang up ,have you call back...will answer rude and hang up again after being on hold once for 28 minutes n next 31... says her name is Samantha and laughs! Discusting!!!!!!

THE WORST staff and oral surgeon (a short white guy)!!! They called me numerous times leading up to my appointment and the day of. No one had the same or accurate information as to what my experience would be the day of. They refused to give me prices until I was in the office, which now I know why. They told me I would not have to pay for an x-Ray since I already had one from my general dentist. They charged me $80 for an x-Ray + $100s for all sorts of fees. The oral surgeon, this short white guy (never gave me his name) didn't even go over the x-Ray with me. The whole office including the oral surgeon were ONLY concerned about me paying. No one went over what I should do after the surgery, a follow-up appointment was not made and no one has called to check on my healing progress after a week of my surgery. The oral surgeon and staff members told me repeatedly that he had to leave, I could reschedule. HORRIBLE people and definitely not the nicest oral surgeon. There was no integrity.

I was referred to Dental Oral Surgery by my dentist to have 7 teeth removed. It took me 4 months just to get my nerves up to go and regret that I didn't go there sooner. I had a 12:30 waited in the waiting area for maybe 20 minutes before they called me in to get x-rayed. After the xray I was put in the room, spoke to the dentist for a few minutes to see if I wanted all 7 extractions at the same time, which I did. I was given an IV and was put to sleep. I woke up in the recovery area sitting in a lounge chair not realizing that everything was already done. After the anesthesia wore off I didn't have much pain at all. My prescriptions for amoxicillin 500 mg and ibuprofen 800 mg was sent to my pharmacy and ready by the time I got home. The procedure was quick and I recommend this place especially if you are afraid of dentist.

Staff was very professional, however I am a 55 year old female. My daughter came with me, I didn't wait long to get in the back. I was put on the monitor and blood pressure cuff. The nurse put it on and said the doctor would be in shortly, I'm looking at my pressure it's up. Next thing I know I was told to relax, when I left my tooth was infected that was pulled I was in pain that I can't explain!!! My face is swollen and still hurts after 4 days no comfort.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRRR Please do not make the MSTAKE I DID i came to take out my Wisdom Teeth i waited over 2 hours to be called and then when they finally called me and when i first sat in the chair i waited like 15 minutes just so the Doctor would come see me on top of that When the Doctor came She was like chinese told me she Couldn't put me to Sleep that they only offer the Anesthesia I WAS CRYING THREW OUT THE WHOLE PROCEDURE AND FELT THE WHOLE THING IT WAS THE WORST THING EVERRR then the Anesthesia came off when i got home and I WAS IN THE WORST PAIN EVERRR PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE

Went to this location for an extraction. Front counter receptionist ran my insurance and reported there might be a fee of $115 per every 15 minutes. I informed her if that was the case, I would leave because 15 minutes could turn into an hour or more and I was not going to pay. She related let me make sure cause with your type of insurance there's two type of coverage. I waited for a little while, she called me over and stated don't worry it's covered. You should be called shortly, there's two people ahead of you. I get called into a room to see the dentist by the dental assistant. I expressed my concerns to her about what was discussed with the front receptionist. I reiterated that I didn't want to be charged. She replied she would check to make sure. After 10 minutes waiting for a response, she returned and explained everything is good not to worry everything is covered with my insurance. Fast forward a few months, I received a bill for $435. When speaking to Jenny from the office and explaining the circumstances she offered a 20% off the bill. I said no thank you and related I would be filing a complaint against her office and notifying my insurance.

I Went There Today. this was my first time going. The dentist and the staff was friendly and very nice. The dentist pull some of my tooth out. It's pain free. I don't feel anything. It's doesn't hurt. Thank you to the dentist and the staff. Thank you dental oral surgery in castle hill. I will definitely recommend this dentist.

I had unbelievable tooth pain and no one whether it be hospital, dentist, or urgent care said they could do anything. I spoke to a receptionist here and was told to be there first thing in the morning. I was... and was also seen immediately. Everyone was friendly and polite. HOWEVER it is extremely limited walk-ins (about 5 a day), you have to get there early or risk not being seen.

I must say, the staff was very pleasant and nice, the Dr. was very pleasant and nice, I'm very happy with my wisdom tooth extraction. Love the fact they knocked me out, I'm super super paranoid about pain. Will definitely go back when needed. AAA+++ for me

Got up so early , got there hour before my appointment , and waited 2 1/2 hour , that Asian girl in the front very nasty , I asked her she said no worries , your next and kept sending people in , even the ones that got there after me , so I left !! 15 minutes later they call me lol I was already home . No apologies , it was only for consultation . I wasn't having a procedure .

The experience was very uncomfortable. They over book and have too many patients in the waiting area and it's not enough room. The front desk was pleasant but once you go in for surgery it's gets weird. The surgeon comes in and tries to convince you to go under. I told him I wanted local anesthesia because I didn't want to go under I don't like how I feel after. He told me that's your problem I'm telling you it's going to be difficult but ok. The procedure was less than 15 mins and both teeth came out very easy no issues. The surgeon just walks out and doesn't explain anything. The assistant is like we will send you your meds to the pharmacy. I had to ask what meds she's like amoxicillin. Then I had to ask about the healing. All of this while my mouth is numb instead of her explaining to me. And on top of that she had an attitude. Also I didn't like how they were treating the patients that went under when they would wake up they were yelling at them, and being mean. The location is convient but I guess I just expected more consideration and empathy for the patients.

I came in as a walk-in today I was there by 6:30 am, they brought us in at 7:15 am. They were super friendly and sweet. The surgeon answered all of my questions before he extracted my tooth. Everyone was very attentive. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you for your excellent service.

The best way to explain my experience was absolutely the worst they have over ten pages of paper work to fill out and over 7 ways of billing for everything. Rude front desk, I had to walk out of my appointment that's how bad it was
