I was scared. But it went better then I thought. I honestly don't remember anything. I remember them doing the iv meds, a little pinch to numb the area and then done. I don't remember even seeing the needle at all. It was amazing. Great job.

The wait was worth it I felt no pain at all and was done within 10 mins of getting my wisdom tooth I'm very satisfied and would come here again

I was a little worried after reading the reviews before I came here, but I was happy with the result. My appointment was at 9:30 there was already some people waiting, take some waiting time for about an hour and half till 11:00. I go in and wait on the surgery chair for the doctor and the assistant was very nice and helpful to answered all my questions. It was my first time to have a general anesthesia extraction. The doctor also seemed very professional, greeted me, confirmed the procedure for the day, and put me under anesthesia. I honestly didn't even know what was going on, and the next thing I knew I was resting in the chair outside. After I recovered a bit, I went home around 12:00. To me it's a smooth experience worth the wait.

I had an appointment at 8am. I came early and waited on line outside at 7:30am.. was 6 ppl infront of me. I was let inside at 8am and did paperwork which took me 10 minutes. I did x-ray at 8:30am. I was in chair 9am. They put me to sleep and I finished by 9:50. I woke up not feeling pain just swollen mouth. I wanted to remove all 4 wisdom tooth but they said they only do one side and i can come in 2 weeks to do the other side. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ILL BE COMING BACK. The front desk ladies are nice! MAKE AN APPOINTMENT EARLY IN THE MORNING, they will serve you quicker.

Dentist missed my tumor growing on my upper left jaw bone! No biopsy was taken and two teeth was extracted from a site where the tumor is located. I went to a different Dentist a month later due to pain. I was given Motrin after two extractions and one was my wisdom tooth. Worst location ever!!!! If you care about your health you would not go to this place!!

The staff was very nice and helpful. When it was my turn to see the Dr., I was greeted by Sory his assistant which was very nice and sweet and made me feel so comfortable. The Dr. was nice as well. I highly recommend this place.

You make an appointment at a certain time and expect to be seen at that time. I've been here since 8:45am, my appointment was at 9am I ask the lady how many people in front she says 8. So I asked does this go by appointment because the wait is ridiculous, she goes to say it's to reserve your spot to see the dentist, instead of saying it over the phone when they called. It is now 11:30 & I have yet to be seen. 11:35am Walked in & was asked questions as to how I got there. This is my second wisdom tooth, I told the dentist that I wanted local anesthesia (which was done the first time) I don't trust the general anesthesia & my driver had to leave, so no one to take me home. He said you can stay here until it wears off, I said I don't want to be here more time waiting. He (Dr. Austin Wilson) literally looked me in the face and said I will not do the procedure unless sedated. Very unprofessional, if I don't trust something then I don't want it done that way. I'm truly livid and have to deal with this excruciating pain.

WORSE PLACE EVER STAFF RUDE AS HELL PAID FOR AN EXTRATION THE DR DIDNT SAY NOTHING WALKING AWAY HIS SO CALLED ATTENDY PUT A GAUSE IN MY HAND & SAID HAVE A GOOD DAY....JUST LIKE THAT NEVER AGAIN I RATHER PULL MY OWN TEETH B4 I GO BACK....WORSE OF THE WORSE...

From getting there waiting over an hour near 2 hours with an appointment. Then I ask if the doctor will be able to take all 4 wisdom teeth the person given the x-ray {said you'll have to ask the doctor.} Knowing all along that he'll only do one side I needed both sides out. [Less recovery time.] Then on top of that was sleeping when he did it up the while time. Even with the medical needles. Then they rush you out of the door for the next person as it is over.

Waited like 2 hrs once in No pain. It was nice and easy ,was out in no time the staff is cool they answer whatever questions I had , no complaints on my part . Lets just see how the healing process goes.

The staff was ok last year .. the waiting is too long.. they give you appointment and you have to still wait 3 hour to be seen.. smh

Man where do I start first waited 3 hours in pain. Second the anesthesia is not strong I felt everything with the tooth extraction. Third THEY NEVER SENT OVER PAIN MEDICATION NOR ANTIBIOTICS over to my pharmacy. So I'm left in pain and possibly to catch an infection.

Got my wisdom pulled this morning. Woke up at 5am left by 6am got to the dentist at 6:20 and had to wait until 8 because I was a walk-in. I was the first person there and by 9:45 my wisdom tooth was gone. Be there very early they keep lowering the walk in number now its 3
