The only reason why I gave a star is because I wanted to tell how I was scammed out of my money. I went to the office for orthodontic treatment a couple of months ago. They started the process and took a down payment. I was then set up on a monthly payment plan. As it got closer to my appointment They called to to reschedule because the device was not in yet. I rescheduled for a few more weeks out and by then they had automatically taken my first monthly payment. The day of my appointment I had to take the day off of work, and made my way to the office only to be turned a wa y because the device still was not in. They lied and said that they called, which they didn't and blamed the carrier company. At that point I canceled the contract and requested a refund. After several calls from myself and orthobanc and over a week's passing the rude manager calls to say not only that I probably won't get the refund, but that I may owe money. Then she proceeds to pay the blame game on the carrier instead of taking accountability on behalf of the company and their services. Not even an apology for the delays, inconvenience, or anything. Now I even worked for this company for several years in the past and never would I have imagined this type of fraud and disrespect. Also the corporation would never have backed this type of customer service. I recommend no one go to this company because there are way more companies that will handle your time, money, and care better than dentalworks at belden. I have yet to hear from corporate even after I've emailed and messaged them as well... I will be reporting this to the BBB also posted on social sites

I have had an awful time getting through to someone that can fix my account! I was over charged for one item of treatment at least 4 times! Not to mention the treatment was unsuccessful after 3 different doctors
