I was a half hour late bringing my son in to get his teeth cleaned. This was our first appointment at Dental One. I called ahead and spoke to the office manager and explained that my son was taking his GMU senior pics and his haircut appointment ran over, traffic, blah, blah, blah. To my surprise, she accommodated us and exceeded my expectations! The staff, from the front desk, hygienist to the dentist, was professional and I highly recommend this office!

Hygienist Crystal spent considerable time explaining how I can take better care of my teeth and I needed the education. Dr. Wang and Jackie are the "A-Team" for dental care and crowns.

Had a tooth with an old large filling basically fall apart and had to get a crown. Dental One measured and gave me a temporary crown and two weeks later a permanent crown. They had to make sure both fit my retainer.. No issues with either. Been going to this office for over 20 years. Highly recommend.

We have been seeing Dr.Nikki Nguyen for the last 2 years for my son's braces. The entire experience went very smoothly and he now has a perfect smile. There were no surprise fees or gaps in communication. Highly recommend.

In my many decades of dental experiences, Dr. Wang was the first doctor to offer me a small rubber block to ease my TMJ while keeping my mouth open. It has revolutionized my feelings about dental work, let me tell you! This last crown replacement, with Jackie assisting Dr. Wang, went with the increased comfort that I now know I can expect.

I've been coming here for about 20 years when it was owned by Dr. Howard Hoffman. The hygienists have always been very good and thorough. The receptionists come and go, they never stay long. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the office has become quite worn and dated. The xray machines, chairs, etc. are discolored. This bothers me because they maybe cutting corners in other areas that I cannot see, i.e. sterilization equipment, etc. Also, with my dental insurance, I'm entitled to two free cleanings a year. When I had my appointment in December 2020, I was surprised that I was charged $10 for Covid fees. This would have been okay had I been told about it when I made my appointment. So the free dental cleaning is not so free. People need to know when there's an extra fee no matter the amount. The general dentists never stay long. The last one that I saw the first thing she told me that I should get Invisalign. I didn't appreciate that. I had other issues that were pushed to the side in order for her to sell a product that I neither want or need. No other dentist has ever told me this. After 20 years, I'm looking for a new dental practice.

Dr Wang , I can't say enough about the gentleman . Dr. Wang fitted me with four crowns, and the work he performed went way beyond even my best expectations . When the first set of crowns came in, I thought they looked amazing , but he decided they could be even more perfect, sent them back, and was fitted with my new crowns, and the new crowns were on the level of what you see on movie stars , it blew me away (Plus I have been getting nonstop compliments on them and asked who my dentist is ) . And that is just with my crowns . With every other procedure I've had in the past he has been nothing short of the best dentist I could ask for . Dr Wang never tries to upsell, it's actually quite the opposite, I may be concerned about something, but he will let me know it's a procedure that is not needed at that time . Plus his bedside manner is impeccable. Most important, he has been incredibly kind to me every time I interact with him. :) His staff makes me feel at ease and are just down to earth wonderful , warm people. The doctor who does my quarterly cleaning is so awesome to have work on me , she is so gentle and warm , and And always alerts me to potential problems I need to watch out for in the future . Plus, best of all, she makes me laugh :-) I highly recommend Dr. Wang and his staff , I cannot stress that enough .

Dr. Nikki Nguyen was amazing and so kind throughout my entire 3 year braces process. Her and the other staff always made sure to make me feel comfortable and feel like I was in good hands. I highly recommend Dental One Associates to anyone looking to get nice and straight teeth. Dr. Nikki Nguyen truly is the best at what she does.

Dr. Wang and his assistant, Jackie, are amazing. They interact together as if in a dance, working together seamlessly. Dr. Wang makes you feel comfortable by informing you about the procedure, the alternatives, the time it will take, and what you may feel. The team has an entirely professional demeanor in addition to extreme competency. My crown procedure, for the first time of many, was entirely painless and comfortable. The team took the time to make me comfortable by offering a pillow and a block to help keep my mouth open. I also had special needs which were addressed professionally and politely without being condescended to. I won't be afraid of any procedures again after my extremely positive experience with this team.

I was treated like the most important patient in the world by Dr Hoang-Nguyen, assistant Irma, and office manager Jessica. Very thorough discussion of options regarding pros & cons of implants vs partial denture including approximate costs, quality of life, etc. I truly received quality & compassionate care, well done! UPDATE 7/18/22 to give special kudos to employees ARUSA and Dr. Lin who patiently and thoroughly responded to multiple questions regarding the implant process as well as their awesome bedside manner during the scary (to me) extraction process. Arusa is truly one of the most remarkable, friendly, and down to earth employees I have met at this location, where I have been going for almost 30 years. Office manager Jessica has also gone out of her way to explain the lengthy procedures and provide the best solutions available. Thank you all very much!!!
