I have been fortunate to have had many good dentists in the past, but Dr. Ryan Knight at Delta One is by far the best.The incredibly smooth way in which he proposes, explains, and then executes some rather complicated work on crown replacement and dental implants is impressive. As a cardiac patient on powerful blood thinners which were better not interrupted, Dr. Knight and his assistant, Daria confidently performed the surgery causing very minimal bleeding, which completely stopped shortly after the procedure was finished. I recommend him highly.

Haven't been to the Dentist for awhile because of not having Insurance. But a trip to the ER and time for the antibiotics to work. Made a appointment with Dental One Associate. After Dr Longley check my tooth, x-rays help to make a decision to have it extracted.Having done in the near future. I joined a Discount Plan they work with. Really help with my finances because of discount. The people who attended me were very friendly, kind and informative made me comfortable during my visit.

zero stars-the most inefficient office I have ever had to deal with. Office staff is not pleasant nor helpful. Never able to speak to an office manager. They ask for money up front, which I understand, but if overpaid, they should refund the patients. They do not.PLEASE CHECK YOU EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS, do not trust this office. I work in healthcare myself and understand the process, however this office is the absolute worst. I have been trying to get an overpayment for one and half years, and still not satisfied. Even when they agree we are owed a refund, you have to fight for it. The dental hygenists and dentists are great though, that is the only reason I stayed with Dental One of Westminster for years(and they participated with my dental insurance).

Dr. West's energy is amazing! She goes above & beyond to not only make my 8 year old feel comfortable, but making it easy on myself! And as always, the ladies at checkout are always friendly & helpful

Short wait in office. Longer wait in the chair, but hey it's a dentist office so what can you do? Clean facility, and staff is kind. Dr. K was professional and gentle. Did not seem rushed. Would recommend for adults looking to take better care of their teeth in the Carroll County Area.

Everyone was so pleasant! From the front office, to the dental assistant, and especially the dentist- Dr. B! It seemed like everyone was having a great day and I appreciate it because it helped me have one. The dentist quickly and efficiently filed my tooth and I was on my way! I love it when my time is not wasted- thank you

I came to this dentist on May 22 to have teeth extracted and a lower denture put right in. I have come back many times for fitting fittings and adjustments of this denture, it never worked time after time with with to no avail. Not even with adhesive. Here I am 7 weeks later not a tooth in the bottom of my mouth to be found Not what I thought I was getting and not certainly what I paid for.

GREAT new patient visit! I showed up twenty mins early for my 10:50 appointment and they got me in within a few mins of arriving. The receptionist was nice even after dealing with a rude aggressive patient in front of me. Katie the dental assistant was AMAZING! So personable, so friendly, and so professional. I felt very comfortable. She took my jaw X-rays swiftly and I wasn't uncomfortable at all. Dr. Longley was professional and seemed very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions after his thorough exam. I'm glad I found such a quality dentist in the area

I have had Dental One dentist work my dental needs for decades. I began when Dr. BENZIL. ,then Dr. BRAND came on board. Both were superb dentist and did an excellent job recruiting and implementing what now is known as Dental One, previously known to me as Benzil Brand Dental.

Went there as a new patient and learned after trying to check in that my appointment had been canceled. Was told I could wait for another appointment later in the day. In the future if someone's appointment is canceled I feel that it should be protocol to call that person and notify them. I could have stayed at work instead of taking time off and not getting paid. I was also told that for my first exam I wouldn't be getting a cleaning which was the whole point of my visit. Overall, not impressed with their business operations.

The amount of expertise that was utilized by Dr Knight and Daria was superb and I would recommend that if you need dental implants that you choose Dental One Associates as the place to get them.

This dental office is just after your money. They have staff leave all the time for this reason, including the hygienist I now see. They have an issue where the system tries to bill insurance from 20 years ago instead of your current insurance. I thought they fixed the issue, they had not, and sent my account to collections without ever calling me to discuss, knowing they had this problem. I called their office and spent hours attempting to talk to their staff on the phone when I received a statement months later. I was hung up on a few times as well. There are numerous other dentists in the area that will not treat people this way! Beware!
