I came in as a new patient after reading the reviews I thought this was the best place to make my new dentist. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment which was at 8:30 AM. I sat there until 11:30 watching everyone get called back ,patients leaving, new patients coming in and they never called me back to be serviced. To make an appointment takeoff work and to sit there for hours and walk out with nothing but wasted time is extremely disappointing. Needless to say I won't be back here.

I had an emergent situation, and was scheduled relatively quick. I was under the impression things would be handled at the appointment that was set, but apparently by the time I was seen, it was approaching the office lunch hour so i needed to come back later in the afternoon. Both appointments took much longer than I had anticipated! HOWEVER the dental assistants and Dr. Tyver were TERRIFIC. I've had some pretty traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, but this team was calming, patient and explained many steps very well. As a result of this overall experience, I was encouraged to come back again for routine services as well!

I had to get three cavities filled today and Diana and Dr.Z were so pleasant! I have never been to a dentist office and felt as comfortable as they made me feel today!!!

I came for a cavity filling and had to wait 20 minutes before being called to the back. Diana and Dr. Z did a great job taking care of me.

I've been a patient for over 5 yrs. Diana & Dr Z are so great. I really love their bedside manner. They make every visit nice & painless. Dental One is where my whole family goes & we can't think of going anywhere else. Thanks Dental One, Dr. Z & Diana

Diana and DR Z got me a perfect crown. The service is speedy, friendly and efficient. The cost is fair comparing with my previous dental experience. I always get excellent care with Dr Z and her team in this office.

This was a great experience coming to a new dentist. I was very nervous, but they were kind and courteous and exercised great care. I especially appreciate Shantrice, Uma and Joyce's assistance and bedside manner. Dr. Z is the best. I will finish out my dental life with them.

I had to get a temporary crown today and Dr. Zehirova and Diana were awesome. I have a small mouth, so it isn't always easy to work with, but they were patient and accommodating. I won't say I'm looking forward to more dental work in the future, but I'm glad to be working with people like them since it needs to be done!

Dr. Harrison and staff were on point. I had a tooth extracted and as quick as I went to the back, I was walking out the door. Since coming to Dental One, I can't say nothing but good things about the location. It's always refreshing to feel welcomed when visiting this office.

Diana and Dr.Z always take great care of me. I was nervous at first to get any dental work due to me being pregnant, but they made me feel very comfortable and safe.

Never seen on time (3 times). This time I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time to be taken back only to wait 15 more minutes. Dentist Zehirova sent the technician in to schedule me for what I was already there for and had the nerve to tell me to come back. She wasted not only my time but my gas to get there. I would never recommend not even to pigs teeth done at this office. Very unprofessional.

I been going for more than 10years Amy been my hygienist she is wonderful and caring. If you have cleaning your teeth you are in caring hands and you will have clean teeth. Thanks for taking care of me and my daughter for all these years.

Dental one is a final stop for me in my search. staff was amazing from the initial conversation about my scheduled appointment, to checking in, the X-ray technician was amazingly professional and patience. The professionalism that each employee displayed was remarkable. Thank you so much for explaining my problems in details, Dr Amy showing me what the problem is and what to do and how to get it done, giving recommendations but still letting me make the final decision based on what is best for me and also being upfront with the pricing which I find awesome.
