I had a terrible gum infection and my original dentist could not fit me in for two days......Dental One took me in immediately and since I do not have insurance they gave me access to a discount program. This whole experience was very good and I will continue to see them exclusively.

I went to Glow Orthodontics in Fredericksburg yesterday for my monthly checkup for the ALS Appliances. I spent an hour getting my teeth X-Rayed. The Orthodontist on duty wasn't familiar with the ALS Appliances. Not sure why she was there then. I didn't get my teeth polished or flossed and my ALS Appliances wasn't taken out and cleaned. This is unacceptable with the new team they have now. Wondering what's going to happen next month when I get my braces on.

My dental visit was met with great, jubilant, smiling faces. I was early due to my fault. Upon going in for my appointment the Dentist was just as pleasant and the Hygientist was the best and was very gentle and caring with my procedure. Job Well Done and keep up the great work.

My visit today at Dental One was top notch from check in to leaving. The receptionist greeted me and I did not wait long before my hygienist greeted me. Chipping my front bottom tooth turned into a good experience. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 15 years. I was able to be seen and my tooth fixed the same day. No numbing and No pain. While there I was told about a discount plan by the receptionist. Both receptionist were friendly and knowledgable. They get 5 stars for being genuinely nice. The plan made going to the dentist affordable. So I made another appointment to get a teeth cleaning and full exam. Thankfully flossing and brushing paid off and I had no cavities. Bad brushing technique exposed roots on 2 of my teeth. I always thought they were stained. I learned from the Hygentist, who was pleasant and had a great sense of humor, roots lack enamel and are naturally that color. They were super sensitive too. So I made another appointment to have them filled. I returned for my 3rd visit. It went as smooth as the previous visits. I hate novocaine so I opted out and again experienced no real pain. My teeth look superb! I wish I had visited years ago. If you have a fear of dental visits I recommend giving Dental One a chance. Everyone I met who works there put me at ease. They were pleasant, genuine, funny, knowledgable and made me comfortable. I have an appointment for a cleaning at the beginning of next year. I had a chipped front tooth repaired, full series of X-Rays taken, teeth cleaned, 2 teeth filled over the roots, and full exam done during 3 seperate appointments for $800, $550 of that was the front tooth repair. The other 2 teeth were only $75 each. If I had signed up for the discount plan prior to getting my chipped tooth fixed I woulda saved at least $400, but I just wanted it fixed ASAP. I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time due to memories of braces, pulled teeth, teeth being filed and more from my childhood. If my tooth didn't break I would never have done to a dentist again. If the staff at Dental One were not who they are I may not have returned to the dentist again. Thankfully I now have a dental office I trust and will visit on a regular treatment schedule.

My first visit to The Fredericksburg VA office really impressed me. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and client focused. My dental issues, that I was clueless I had, were diagnosed and pointed out to me. After 5hrs over two days I'm feeling good going forward working with Dental One Associates to maintain my dental health. A diffinite 5 stars from me.
