Warm, welcoming team providing state-of-the-art dental care. Their service is so personalized I felt like I was their only patient. They have a team of specialists who are able to provide any service you need - no more wandering from one office to another, never knowing how you're going to be treated. My experience..... this office has a real issue with keeping records and the money straight. Issues started almost immediately, which should have been a red flag. Referred to dental one for the periodontist. I called to make sure my xrays were received. Nope we dont have anything, so of course they did their own xrays. No big deal. The hygienist and dentists i saw were fine no complaints My advice is to get what the costs will be in clear detail. EVERY time it came to pay there was "oh this is a charge for.. this or that" so when i said ok is this paid in full...now? Nope, yep ,nope good luck

If I could leave a negative 5 I would. I am at the office for an appointment that I made and it was confirmed and the office staff is pretty much saying oh to bad we are short staffed. So I ask you are short staffed? You sent me a text to confirm my appointment Stating that this appointment was made especially for me. Obviously there is a need for new management that can create SOP's so that patients are called as a courtesy before leaving work and wasting high priced gas. The audacity to think it's ok baffles me. This is my first Visit to this office. Now when I first came in the reception it's looked me up and said what did you Wes today which I already put on my paperwork. She stated usually we just do comprehensive exams on your first visit which would have been fine. But when the office manger brushed me off like it was my fault that they don't have staff. My suggestion don't make appointments and put in a procedure to contact patients before they arrive like I did for an appointment. Mayb this office has tons of money to waste but I don't. I took off time from work and had to use my gas. I have never experienced this and if there is a system that is broken with scheduling it needs to be corrected but not for me. I will find another dentist because first impressions are everything.

Dr Yasbin was amazing & his team, Kristin, Liz, and all in the office were pleasant, professional and efficient. My 1st visit and he did 2 fillings and a crown, same day. I am very pleased and would highly recommend him and his team. Updated-I wasn't very happy that after they quoted me the out of pocket price and I had everything done that they came back to me with another $75.00 owed. It would have been nice if they had let me know that maybe there can be extra fees. The office wouldn't meet me 1/2 way, wouldn't discuss any options.

Just had my teeth cleaned at Dental One Associates of Frederick. Natalja was extremely gentle yet thorough in her cleaning. Additionally she provided me with information about my dry mouth condition that no one had ever talked about. Natalja went on to suggest a product that would help and even gave me a sample. I also recently had two crowns done at Dental One Associates of Frederick. They are absolutely the best ones I've ever had done. They feel and look so natural. Because the technician used a scanning method the crowns were a perfect fit and didn't need any grinding down or adjustments. I highly recommend this practice.

Being a military dependent and moving all the time, I hate having to find and vet new Doctors. From the moment I called to make the first appointment and all through the last two years. Dr. Yasbin and Staff have been Great. I am glad my family has a dentist office I can trust.

Everyone there is very friendly and help put you at ease if nervous. A good practice to go to if need teeth worked on and not have the best insurance.
