Took way too long . My time is valuable! Also they did not have my insurance together.. I was given multiple statements before they could figure out that it was zero . Carry your card ! Floors also were nasty in my opinion.

Didn't appreciate the mask policy which has been dropped even at hospitals. People should be allowed to choose if they want to wear a mask, not mandated. All the assistants were very nice. I had filled out all their forms from their website from an email they sent me. I had Clayton state send them my x-rays they just took a month before. When I arrived for my 8 am appointment, they told me they hadn't received either. So, they let me in as an emergency as I was later told and had a dentist take a quick look at my problem, a lost filling. She was nice, even spoke to me in Spanish and was from Peru where I grew up. We talked a little of this, but she didn't have time to do the filling and said I'd have to return, fortunately I got the appointment for the next day. That only cost me $20.00. Next day before I saw the dentist I paid $210.00 and that was with a $50.00 discount, for one filling. Took her 15 minutes. Dentist was nice enough, just did her job and adios. The shot of anesthesia hurt a lot. I was told I was too tense. Duh! It hurt! She did a good job but lacked empathy. I only saw her a day before and it was pretty obvious she forgot who I was. If she did remember she never acknowledged it. Anyway, she seems to be a good dentist, just needs to show more empathy.

The whole staff is amazing and kind. I first met with Dr. Perez who explained things very well. I was referred to Dr. Cohen for a root canal , something noone looks forward to, but he was great! Very gentle, funny, and made sure I did not feel a thing. This was the best experience I have ever had with a root canal. I highly recommend him.

I had service in may 2022 I stated I had no out of pocket money from my under $1000 a mo ssi income. My ins pay up to $4000 for my dentures they sent in 2 X-ray ins will only pay for one. This make me pay out for pocket no money can't get my teeth so I can eat. Very upset what this no teeth????

Very bad experience I will not recommend this place They have rescheduled me three times and the third time were saying to reschedule again Staff is very rude and unknown to tell basic things to bring with

My appointment was at 11am, I got there at 1045am. I was scheduled for a cleaning, I was called back at 1105 and was done by 1130. Very professional staff and very courteous. Best dental experience I've ever had by far! Thumbs up!

Mom mother was in the mirror with her teeth how most women are with their hair after leaving the salon. She couldn't STOP bragging about how gentle and excellent the staff was. If it were possible to "be" in love with your dental team, she would be there!!
