Appreciate how prompt and on time this dentist is! As soon as your scheduled appointment time is up they are there right away to get you taken care of. Dr.Barbara my hygienist was phenomenal and thorough with a good sense of humor!

Although it was my first visit to this practice, I would recommend them. The hygienist and dentist were both understanding of my issues and provided excellent care. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that while the hygienist was excellent, the other staff repeatedly called him away during my xrays to attend to other patients and give information to other staff. As a person with sever dental anxiety, that was a little challenging. Once that was addressed, everything else was perfect!

They get you with x-rays and keep telling u to come back so they could charge you and the insurance companies, booked an appointment for cleaning, no cleaning just examinations which they did before I booked and scheduled for cleaning.Wasted my entire lunch break (1 hour) trust there are good more honest dentist in Baltimore you could go too

My visit was good. The staff are very professional. Treatment plans are explained and patient concerns are addressed. My comfort and delivery of the best services were a priority in this office.

The 2 stars is because the staff is kind. The 2 stars is also because their system is always down, they are unorganized, barely answer the phone, and will charge you for things even after you declined it or without speaking about it with you. I was supposed to get my wisdom tooth out, explicitly told the dentist I only wanted what the insurance covered at the cheapest cost. She still added something that was an extra $100+. Imagine my surprise when I went to another office after she was dropped from the insurance, and I was told my cost was over $100 cheaper (same company, different location). They did the same thing with my tooth cleaning, just added on things I didn't ask for. They also never sent the xrays or records over to the other dentist's office, even though they are the ones who referred me, and I was only going there because the dentist that was at their office was suddenly dropped from the insurance.

I've been coming here since I was a child and have never had a disagreeable experience.

I literally got scammed. Ignoring the fact that they were completely unable to help me with my wisdom tooth problem (despite the fact they promised over the phone that they could), after the appointment, they couldn't get my insurance to work. I ended up paying the full price under the promise that I would be refunded once they figured out my insurance. Then, when they finally DID get my insurance to work, they conveniently forgot that I had ALREADY PAID FULL PRICE and repeatedly sent me bills for the $60 my insurance "didn't cover." To fix this, I called Dental One several times over the course of several weeks, and every time I voiced my complaints, the receptionist on the other end would tell me they weren't qualified to fix my problem and I would get a call back as soon as their boss came in. I NEVER got a call back. On my fifth try, by pure luck, the boss happened to be in, but she refused to let me tell my whole story and told me I still owed Dental One money. When I asked to see an itemized bill, she then bothered to look at my records and told me I was right. I never got a refund, but she did set my balance to $0, so I'm cutting my losses. Incompetently run. I will never go back.

Great experience from start to finish. Everyone is so nice. I get an appointment very quickly every time. When I check out, Sharonda goes over and above to make sure I understand the next steps and costs involved. She is kind and always great to sit with before leaving. I recommend this place highly!

I'm from out of town and had a dental emergency. I called the dental office and spoke with Sharonda. I explained my situation and she went above and beyond to help me get in as soon as possible to be seen. She was so helpful. Very friendly and professional. The facility is clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a place to take care of their dental needs.

People saying this place is looking for more money out of your insurance isn't lying. I booked a teeth cleaning and they put me down as an emergency because I have teeth sensitivity. Which is something I had since I was a teenager and now I'm 30. And guess what? The dentist said I have to use toothpaste for sensitivity. I could've told them that. So they wanted me to come back for a second appointment to get a full exam(that you usually get with a teeth cleaning). Then make a third appointment for finally get a teeth cleaning. In my life I never been book like this for a dentist just for a teeth cleaning. And of course they don't tell you that when you are booking. I feel this is a way to bill my insurance or me if I didn't have insurance at least 3 times in a month
