After years of trying to find a dental practice, I am happy to say that I have found a home in Dental One Associates! Dr. Puri and Brittany were very attentive and thorough. Dr. Puri is very pleasant and delightful she put me at ease despite my slight dental anxiety. My dental hygienist Esayas was wonderful he has a great demeanor and is very efficient. All in all a great experience!

The young man who did the preparatory work was very courteous. Explaining step by step what he was doing. And assuring I was comfortable. When the Dr entered. She did not rush into business as I've experienced before. She sat down at eyelevel made sure I knew she was listeningto me about medical history etc. She explained in great details what needed to be done going forward regarding my treatment plan. I feel that she cares on a personal level.

The dental staff is fine. But scheduling is a nightmare. And then to get them to keep that appointment (they are often short staffed) is impossible. You will never see the same dentist or hygienist more than once. Have actively tried to change, but they are the only dentist in the area that take our insurance. If you have the option, go somewhere else.

The dentists and other employees are very knowledgeable and explain things very well. The environment is warm and friendly. Everything is great about this dental office. However, it is near impossible to get ahold of anyone for scheduling. No one EVER answers the phone. When I leave a voicemail, they don't call back. The only way I've been able to contact them is via email and even then they don't always get back to me. Two of the receptionists I've talked to there have also acknowledged that it is difficult for patients to reach them. A receptionist from an ortho office even told me that they never answer and are extremely difficult to contact (that was without me mentioning anything to them). How is this company still in business? With all that being said, I enjoy going here but am considering switching practices due to this unfortunate inconvenience.

Dental One in Columbia Maryland is the best dental office on the planet. Trust me they have corrected dental work that I have had done from my previous dentist and ever since they did their magic I have not had any issues. They will be my dentist for life.

I am amending a pervious review due to the customer service at Dental One. This has always been their weak link but I'm at the point of finding a new dentist. My routine cleaning last summer was cancelled and rescheduled for a Monday in October. While concerning, I figured they were short staffed and accepted it. The Friday prior to my new appointment, I received a call cancelling that appointment and it was rescheduled for the following Tuesday. Again, no big deal. Monday night I received a text confirming the appointment but upon arrival Tuesday morning I was told the appointment had been cancelled again. The receptionist was quite cavalier and blamed a team member for the oversight. No effort was made to reschedule or apologize. It's a shame as Dental One Columbia has excellent dentists practicing there. Past excellent work: Went in today to have a bad tooth removed. Dr. Asher took care of the situation with speed and precision and I was on my way inside of an hour. Not exactly the type of morning I fancy, but the Doctor and staff kept me at ease and made the experience much easier than I had imagined. I have continued to use Dental One over the years because they are consistently proficient and have all types of dentists on staff that can take care of everything from one office. Dr. Barrow is my general dentist there who I highly recommend as well.

Everyone in this office is delightful. Dr. D. was very thorough in her exam and explained my treatment plan very clearly. Grace was a fantastic hygienist... so thorough! Dr. Khalief was also very thorough and kind. Having just moved to Columbia, I will definitely stick with this office!

We love Ms. Kay and Dr. Mostowfi. They are a breath of sunshine when we go there. They treat us like family and are always on point. They are the reason we keep coming back. The staff at the front desk are also very pleasant. Certainly hope the scheduling issues we often have with Dental One will improve so I can give a 5 star review.

On my annual periodontal maintenance visit Dr. Khleif found a deep pocket between my upper center incisors which needed to be surgically corrected. I was lucky to get an appt for the next day. Dr. Khleif and his assistant made me comfortable with local anesthesia and the procedure was done expertly with no complications. My followup appt will be in 2wks. Dr. Khleif called me later the day of surgery to check on how I was doing. I appreciate all of his efforts and his concern for his pts. His entire team and office staff are also very kind and willing to help in any way.

Dr. Wright is top notch! Very specific very straightforward with diagnosis. Caught very obvious overlooked situation previous dentist did not diagnose. Extremely glad I choose to get second opinion.

The office staff was unprofessional and untrained. They held my phone call for 30 minutes and kept transferring my phone call to 4 different ladies. They also gave different answers for the policy. Then, my phone call got hung up from one staff. What a rude service!

First let me start by saying the doctors are great. However, I was overcharged my copay well over $1,500. The account manager notified me of this at one of my previous appointments and asked how I would like the repayment. At the time I told her that I would be getting a chipped tooth fixed in the near future so just hold it on my account. Since then I moved a few months ago roughly 3 hrs away and inquired about receiving my account balance. I have made numerous phone calls, emails, messages on website, and even drove there in person to speak with someone and no one seems to be able to reach the person I need to talk to or receive a call back. At this point I'm forced to leave this review and consider legal action.
