Came in for an emergency appointment (was not a patient at the time) and Dr. Seto agreed to see me and was able to do the emergency extraction. Amazing and gentle and her assistant was also amazing !

DR Asher and his staff are gems. Only dentist I've been to that made me feel comfortable enough to want to come back. Great beside manner and his staff is kind as well.

I love Dental One Associates. Dr. Blaney has been my dentist for 31 years. He cares and is extremely accommodating to his patients, even if that means calls outside of the normal office hours. He, Nancy, and Karen make it a point to get to know their patients and their families personally. Its nice to go someplace where everybody knows your name. This is a professional group of providers that make you feel like you are not just a patient but part of a family.

I absolutely HATE going to the dentist! I had a cap fall off & called Dental One Associates to have it fixed. It was a GREAT experience from beginning to the end. Easy to make an appointment, it's clean and the employees were AWESOME! The dentist & dental assistant was professional & understood my anxiety I have with dentists. This was the best experience I have had with a dental visit. I highly recommend!

2020: more expeditious service, thorough. Friendly hygienist and dentists, short wait times, thorough cleaning, and attentive to concerns. 2019: Wait times have extended since first starting to go to this practice because of more clients. (As with most doctors' offices)

BEWARE if you ever have a billing problem!!!!!! I would give this review a Zero (0) stars if possible My horrible experience is not with the dentist but with the office managers. Problem: I was double billed for a Root canal back on 8.17.22. Dental 1 admitted the double billing back in August but 2 months later no refund. I called the office at least 20 times for refund status to no prevail. The staff refers me to the office managers who seem to never be in the office. The few times they were in they would never speak to me. The office refuses to provide me with a contact that the office manager Troy or the acting manager Fernanda report to. Not once have I ever received a call back although I'm always told I will be called back shortly. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE

I've been dealing with these 2 crowns for 2 years now. The first one wasn't even in the bag when it was time to put it in. Took forever to get it . Just not a good experience

I have been going to dental one in Abingdon for years and have seen many different dentists. All were very polite and thorough. I would highly recommend this office. My hygenist Nancy is superb as well. I have seen 5 different dentists at this practice and all were very good and professional. Especially my current dentist, Dr Chaatwal. He is superb.

Have not seen a dentist for a hot 12 years and I finally am able to so I decided to go with these guys from the good reviews I had read and I couldn't have made a better decision. The office staff was extremely polite, respectful and helpful! And the overall dentist, the helpers, literally everyone, is amazing. I didn't feel judged for my teeth and they even made me feel better by reassuring me everything is going to be fine and my teeth are gonna look amazing! I'm excited for every step of the way! Highly recommend

Dr Blaney is simply the best. Admin, especially billing needs lots of work. Getting appointments is difficult. Plus office has regularly canceled my scheduled appointments.

Very nice Staff, busy office! They are very organized, knowledgeable. Dr Blaney was wonderful, I am a new patient. Good location too, easy parking. So far, so good! Glad I picked Dental One as my new Dentist!
