I have been going here for years. They are so easy to schedule with. They get you in on time. They are pleasant and helpful. I can't imagine having another dentist. Dental One is amazing!

Dr. Bonnick and her team was professional and dedicated. I appreciate their kindness and knowledge. I strongly recommend Dental One. I had a tooth removed. They told the procedure step by step and gave recommendations.

My visit to Dental One was great ,Rachael not only gave an awesome cleaning to my teeth ,but she kept me informed about how my self cleaning of my teeth/gums was. She also played great music during my cleaning. Also from the time I arrived ,everyone was most pleasent and friendly.

I went do my cleaning teeth and x-rey. Lauren was very professional. Makes my smile more shiny. And the best Dr. Valery checked my teeth. Approved that everything is good. I love her, she always do her job great. If needed do some work, she says that. Not like mostly doctors needs to do something or not, always says: you need do this, you need do that. When actually not needed. For Dr. Valery her patients needs always prioritize.

Dental One Associates Annapolis has excellent orthodontist Dentist. Dr. Tong is always thorough with explaining each procedure and process with my daughter's dental plan. The financial coordinator is patient and respectful. The reason for 3 stars goes to the general dentistry side for reception, as well as the manager Michelle. This group could use a class on "etiquette and customer service procedures". Scheduling and calling to speak with someone is always so difficult. They aren't attentive and very dismissive. The ladies discuss their own affairs but never attend to the patients standing at the window. This needs adjusting fast!

My experience with this dental office was so wonderful! Everyone here is so friendly and my dentist Dr Earnst, is so experienced and gentle! He will walk you through everything, which always put my mind at ease. Dental One Associates is the best! Special shout-out to some of the best dental assistants in the WORLD-- Bianca and Terry!!

I had to go to this practice because it was the only place covered by my insurance in my area. They canceled my appointment twice on me when I was already in the waiting room. (One I understood their Dr want into labor, but you should have enough staff to handle all your clients.) The hygienist was pushie and opinionated. The doctor was good. Now, I am 5 months pregnant and they would not let me do a cleaning without x-rays. I have never heard a practice requiring x-rays for a cleaning of a pregent client; what were they going to wait until I got there to tell me...I had notes on my account and I had to be pushie to get a straight answer.. I can not tell if this practice is just out to make money with their cutting edge light cleaning and requirement to take x-rays on pregnant clients. No one pays attention when you call and that is if you can get them to answer their phones! Get a better office manager!

This review isn't about the hygienist (who are generally quite pleasant) it is about the way they operate business. Once I finish my daughter's orthodontist appointments I will never return. The last 3 times I've been there I've been surprised with a bill and it's for dumb things like, not telling me we've already had a fluoride treatment this year thus resulting in a bill upon checkout or not telling me before my daughter's cleaning that she is within the 6 months window resulting in another bill for a cleaning that is typically covered 100% by my insurance and the cherry on top is that for some reason I had a bill sent to collections (unbeknownst to me) for some treatment I didn't recall and never received a bill for. So now I have to track that down and hope it doesn't ruin my otherwise good credit. I hardly ever write reviews but this was bad enough that I HAD to warn everyone to steer clear of this place.
