I am a New Patient At Dental One .They are very clean. Receptionist to the Dentist were nice. The Dentist explain everything they were doing.

Dr. Wilson is awesome, great bedside manner and gentle with procedures. He will definitely be my permanent dentist!! Staff is also very friendly too! Only bad thing I hate is getting the xrays done that was the worst part.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience thus far at Dental One. Ms. Sheila, Ms. L, Dr. Wilson, Zack, Ms. Joy ...you are greeted with a smile no matter the day in the office. I'm still learning all of the names. Each person is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and go above and beyond. This is a very busy office big on personality and customer service. Do not be deterred for an inconvenience based on staffing or COVID initiatives. You will be taken care of and handled with care. I've already referred family to the practice. The bonus: they have someone that works late evenings and has Saturday hours. Thank me later.

Best dental office; service is awesome, customer service is perfect. You are definitely going to feel welcome and that is exactly how we are supposed to feel when getting services we pay for. I was shocked when I visited another dental one office at Oxon Hill for orthodontist services. It was the direct opposite of the experience I am accustomed to getting at Steeplechase; primary dentist. The Dr I see at Oxon Hill is awesome; Dr Tong, the assistants are great but the customer service is terrible; disgusting. The awesome customer service at Steeplechase needs to go to Oxon Hill to train the customer service lady who answers calls in that particular location. There is another lady who tries really hard to do damage control to the chaos the lady on the phone commits but I wonder if that will ever make up. I always go Steeple Chase with a smile and leave with one.

My name is R. Bullock and I saw Dr. Spencer on 9.1.22 at the capital heights location and he was amazing. I have found my new dental home. He is very ethical and his chairside manners put me at ease. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Spencer at this location.

After waiting for over an hour in the waiting room, I walked out and I am never coming back. It was my first time at this clinic but they are a mess. Updating this review to add that the front desk lady was pleasant and tried to be helpful. The people in the back, nope. The X-ray lady is a problem.

The staff is very friendly. Dr. Wilson was caring, professional and funny. He took his time to explain his assessment of my exam. Another helpful person was Ms. Linnie who is very knowledgeable with insurance questions and how to make your benefits work for you.

Great service, the best so far. They were efficient and polite all the way through. My appointment started immediately, I had no wait time. I definitely would recommend, as the doctor made me feel pretty comfortable and the office was very clean. I'm giving a 4 star only because I came in wanting a clean and ended up having something else did, They didn't have any general cleaning appointments available when I needed but I'm still looking to book once a slot becomes available. 4/5

We had a dental evaluation with Dr. Okoro, the office staff was very conscious of patients time and health, with swift staffing and Covid concerns. Mrs.Sheila, Dr.Okoro administrator, was polite and professional and fast acting in dealing with our insurance. Overall pleasant experience!
