I am so Blessed to have found Dental One Associates! I have recommended them to my family and friends because of their professionalism, and wonderful demeanor from each person who works there. Everyone is friendly, and patient. They answer your questions, they have been transparent about my dental care and the cost of my visits. It's a very nice office and I look forward to my appointments!

Wonderful time with Tam and Dr Pedro, Jennifer she cleaned my teeth this morning and made me so comfortable. I usually get real nervous and Anxious. Today the visit was amazing I highly recommend this office the staff is professional and I love the service I received today.

This is one of the best dentistry office I've been to. The staff is very friendly and the office is clean, not to mention that you can watch your show as your work is being done.

I'm currently in the office now for another cleaning. I'm not sure what's going on but they seem like they were absolutely trying to charge me for something even though I have insurance. First off they moved location and i didn't know it . Until I reached the old location. when I got there, there was a piece of paper on the door with the new location. I wish they had put it in the confirmation text messages I was getting all week. Second when I first came in she told me my insurance only covered half of my cleaning for today but normally it covers the full cleaning service and usually I only have to come out of pocket $24 for fluoride she told me I owed $114 but then came back and said they charge my insurance twice the last time so now they have to fix it for this time so they told me the $114 , they'll take care of my service today. I made sure I asked that they would not send me bill in the mail for the $114 then I proceeded to go outside to take a phone call one of the other front desk girls or actually older women came out and let me know that I do actually have to pay 50 so she brought me inside to sign, but I called my mother to make sure I wasn't paying for anything extra while I'm on the phone with my mother, the older woman tries to take my credit card and check out while I'm on the phone so it seemed like she was trying to hurry up and pay out some type of charge before I got confirmation from my parents on what my insurance actually covers I ended up paying it, but it seems very weird to me when I put my card on the table while I'm on the phone she's trying to grab my card I just want to make a suggestion to them in the future don't touch anybody's card unless is given see you I feel extremely disrespected. I hope my next appointment is better. I'll keep y'all updated.

Ms. Jennifer is amazing. When I first came to this location from switching from another location, she made me think my teeth was in the ring with Mike Tyson, but my teeth has been better since she started taking care of them. My teeth has been great ever since she touched them. I love that the staff are very honest to you about the health of your teeth and also making sure you do your part at home as well.

I'm VERY late with a review but they were the ONLY ones willing to pull my teeth during the pandemic. The process was so quick & easy! They pulled all 4 wisdom teeth plus 1 extra in less than 2 hours. Haven't had a toothache in almost a year. And the 5 that are now missing is VERY unnoticeable. If the did more than pull teeth, I definitely would be a regular

VERY SHADY DENTAL OFFICE! TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, RIP-OFF, SHADY DENTAL PRACTICE! ALSO, THEY WANT U TO PAY IN ADVANCE IN ORDER TO MAKE A APPOINTMENT! AND THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR THINGS THAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE! THEY HAD ME TO PAY $75 IN ADVANCE FOR A CLEANING APPOINTMENT THAT THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $362. BUT WHEN I VERIFIED THE CHARGES THROUGH MY INSURANCE, I ONLY NEEDED/ REQUIRED TO PAY ONLY $62! THAT'S A BIG DIFFERENCE! MONAE, THE RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! AMANDA BLOCKED ME FROM ME FROM GOING TO ANOTHER DENTAL ONE OFFICE, BECAUSE I DIDN'T ACCEPT THEIR SHADY PRACTICE RIP-OFF TREATMENT!

This place is so awesome! You can tell how friendly everyone is just by simply passing them going to your room! I love coming and getting my teeth cleaned with Jennifer! She's amazing! My teeth sure do show how awesome my dentist office is!

Overall the staff meets my expectations in a warm welcome at the door, checking in quickly without a long wait, and still maintaining a clean and safe environment with mask. Mrs. Jennifer is new to the staff. I've enjoyed my two visits with her so far. I recommend you call and set up an appointment! You will not be disappointed!

September 7, 2022. From 5 stars to 1. Very frustrated and annoyed. I don't feel valued as a patient anymore. Poor attitudes, poor phone etiquette, and smart mouths. It's not the same place I've been coming to for years. In pain, asked for antibiotics (NOT PAIN MEDS) until I could get my root canal. Promised to call back, did not. Called the next day, lady answers the phone saying, " oh, he says it's nothing he can do for you". The nonchalant attitude threw me for a loop. Sourced out for root canal. Sent back to get fitted for crown and teeth cleaning. Temporary filling only last about 2 wks. Called the same day as root canal. They gave me an appt for almost 6 wks later. Then wanted me to make 2 separate appointments, one for the crown, another for the cleaning. I couldn't believe it. I didn't want special treatment but I did want to be treated like I was valued as a patient. I could have taken it better if the phone lady was genuine. She gave me "okay whatever" attitude. No empathy, no sensitivity, no patient appreciation. You don't have to tell me twice. If I'm not wanted as a patient, fine, I'll leave. I don't know what the negative change is about. I do recognize the staff changes. Bring the old staff back. At least they were kind and treated you like you mattered. It's like patients are now only procedures and payments. I understand that every doctor's office has lengthy wait times for appointments. For me, it's not what you say, it's how you say it and how you treat me. I'm not deleting my original review but I clearly DO NOT feel the same. I really thought I had found my forever dentist and dental office. Relationships break up all the time and this one is over. ********** Oh my gosh! I've found my forever dental office. It starts when you enter the door. The employees who greet patients are so kind and patient friendly. They seemed genuinely appreciative that I chose their office to treat me. If they get a cancellation they really will call you as promised and offer you the available slot. Not like other places who say they will but never do. They reviewed my treatment plan thoroughly and I was never left to wonder what any cost would be. I was also pleasantly surprised to hear them greet patients coming in the door by their names. That said a lot to me about the genuineness of the office towards patients. Now to the back of the office. Super nice assistants, very attentive, caring, thorough and detailed. They were patient with me and genuinely concerned about my comfort. Katelyn, the hygienist, I cant say enough about her. A grown woman with fear, embarrassment, and tears running down my face, she stopped, talked me through it and did not continue until I was totally comfortable. I can say patients are #1 priority to this team. Now about Dr. Perez. Every person with teeth whether healthy or needing minimal or major treatment would be making the right decision by making him your dentist. He is very knowledgeable, explained what care i needed in detail and gave me the best treatment options without trying to sell me a bunch of retail products and unnecessary procedures like my past experience at another dental office where all they cared about was maxing out my dental benefits for the year. If you live in Stockbridge, McDonough, Jonesboro, Riverdale, Rex, Morrow, Locust Grove, Griffin, Jackson, Hampton, or any area in metro Atlanta for that matter and you need dental care, this office is worth the drive whether it's a short or longer trip for you. I promise you will not be disappointed. I have told my family and friends they should make Dental One Associates at Eagles Landing their dental care home. You should too. For the record I was NOT paid to say these things. This is an honest review written by a very happy patient. Thank you Dr. Perez and Dental One Associates. You guys are amazing!!!!!

My experience here has always been delightful. The front staff workers are very pleasant and my wait time is always minimal. The hygienist Jennifer is THE BEST!!! . She is very friendly, detailed and efficient. Jennifer takes the time to explain procedures and answer any questions you may have. it's obvious she loves her job! I HIGHLY recommend Dental One.
