Scott Trettenero, DDS believes in keeping up to date with the latest in dental care. In fact, The Scott Trettenero, DDS was one of the first Fort Myers dentists to offer CEREC technology. CEREC is possibly one of the greatest technological breakthroughs ever in modern dentistry. With Cerec he can offer one visit, super-strong ceramic crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays using CAD-CAM computerization and micro-milling machinery.
Dr. Scott Trettenero was also the first Fort Myers dental clinic to use the 3M digital scanner for all other crown and bridge impressions. This high tech method of impression taking is the gold standard for creating restorations that fit with incredible precision. Crowns that fit perfectly will last longer, look better, and help the surrounding gum tissue to be healthier. Seating crowns using this technique is faster and easier because of the superior fit compared to the old methods of trays and messy impression materials.

We found Dr Trettenero's office shortly after moving to this area 4 years ago - we initially went to another practice and had several terrible experiences so were somewhat skeptical going in but have to say this is the best dental practice we have been to. The entire staff is so professional and knowledgeable. They care about you and your overall and dental health, are very respectful of your time, straightforward and not pushing unnecessary procedures. We can't recommend them enough!

If you're looking for someone who will look after your teeth, is truly conservative, and very talented with all procedures then Dr. Trettenero is for you! You can tell keeping his patients comfortable is very high on his list. I've always been super scared to get any shots but he has the painless injection method down pat to where you honestly don't feel a thing. Top notch service from all the staff, efficient, and friendly environment all around!! I couldn't thank you enough Dr. Trett for always doing such an awesome job, being so gentle and caring towards me!

I went for my first visit with Dr. Trettenero in Jan 2020. I was impressed then and encouraged my husband to go the next time. We had back to back appointments today. I had a major deep clean and my husband had his initial appointment with a thorough cleaning as well. If I could give this guy 10 stars, I would! He offers the latest of technology and explains everything. He is very concerned with individuals' dental health. The others we interacted with in the office were very nice, helpful and professional. Very highly recommend!

He is a very competent dentist. Everyone is cordial in the office. I like the technology and the professionalism. You do get what you pay for. We are new to Florida and I suppose we were sort of shocked at the cost of dental care down here. We figured it out and if we can work around the covid testing it will be cheaper for us to fly up to Chicago, stay with a relative, and get our dental work done there. Scott is a great guy though. He and his assistant work together like a well oiled machine.

Dr Trettenero is excellent. His examination is the most thorough exam I've had. He and his assistant interact to ensure nothing is missed. I was quite impressed. He developed a dental plan that included the two crowns and three fillings, done in two appointments. I am a very anxious 70 year old patient and a gagger, but felt at total ease with Dr Trett. This was pain free dentistry including the pain free injections. I experienced no gagging. He has now become my permanent dentist. Thumbs up!

First time and it was very good experience. I was impressed with the technology especially the Dental C' Scan capability. It's basically a 'one stop' Dental Clinic, they do everything except making the permanent Bridgework. Every thing fit perfectly the first time and the entire two appointment procedure was 100% painless. This will be my future go to dentistry for preventive maintenance or any need that my arise.
