Dr. Sandeep Arorareceived a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from SDM College of Dental Sciences, Dharwad University, India and a PG Diploma in orthodontics from New York University. Dr. Arora has been practicing dentistry since 2001 and has expertise in running and managing dental practices. He has successfully managed/operated 3 dental practices working/hiring Dentists, Hygienists, clinical and clerical personnel. Additionally, Sandeep has been the CEO of West Side Hospitality Group in India. His finely honed management and organizational skills allowed him to successfully manage up to 28 staff members at any given time. Sandeep has owned hotels and implemented management, policies and procedures in the hospitality industry for over two decades. He has a proven ability in identifying system deficiencies and implementing corrective measures to improve cash flow, reduce costs and strengthen business relationships through careful supply management and diligent scheduling procedures. Dr. Arora has taken advanced courses in Sinus Lift, implant dentistry and oral implantology.

Dr. Amandeep Arorareceived the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1997 from New York University, College of Dentistry. Dr. Arora is amember of the American Dental Association(A.D.A), the Fifth District Dental Society of Central New York and DOCS (Doctor of Conscious Sedation). Dr. Arora began his private practice in Watertown in 1999. After a successful first five years, and seeing a need in the Central New York region, Dr. Arora decided to expand into Syracuse. Dr. Arora runs Westside Dental and Dazzling Smiles in Central New York and is expanding his services with his brother Dr. Sandeep Arora to offer Dental Management.

Ms. Joanna Hickok has worked as the billing manager for Westside Dental in Syracuse, NY since July, 1999. She handle all billing related issues for 3 dental practices and works directly with insurance companies to ensure prompt payments. Joanna locates and monitors overdue accounts and contacts clients for debt repayment by developing a payment schedule. She also notifies attorneys when customers fail to respond to collection attempts.

Mrs. Jaime Huber is responsible for analyzing the performance of each affiliated dental office, providing advice to affiliated dental offices to improve their performance, operating efficiency, and improving their marketing and sales efforts. The consultant will advise dental offices on the personnel needed to expand their operations and to reduce their costs.

These employees prepare and review operational, sales and activity reports and schedules, set goals, analyze internal processes, and recommend policy and procedural changes to improve operations and efficiency as well as reduce costs. The dental office managers plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies. They also order necessary material and supplies. In addition will direct and coordinate supportive services. These employees review financial statements and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement. They also maintain awareness of advances in medicine, data processing technology, government regulations, health insurance charges and financing options.

These employees develop and maintain computerized record management systems to store and process data, such as personnel activities and information and produce reports. They develop and implement organizational policies and procedures for the client dental office. In addition, these employees oversee the performance of Dental Office Assistance and Dental Receptionists. They also plan, implement and administer programs and services in client dental offices, including personnel administration, training and personnel coordination. They establish work schedules and assignments for all staff based on the requirements of each client dental office.

The Head Dental Technicians examine teeth, gums and related tissues using dental instruments, X-Rays and other diagnostic equipment to evaluate dental health, diagnose diseases or abnormalities and plan appropriate treatments. These employees use masks, gloves, and safety glasses to protect both themselves and patient from infectious diseases. The Head Dental Technicians also administer aesthetics prior to performing procedures. These employees advise and instruct patients regarding preventive Head Dental Technicians also design, make and fit prosthodontic appliances such as space maintainers, bridges and dentures as well as a write fabrication instructions and prescription for denturists and dental technicians. The Head Dental Technicians remove diseased tissue using surgical instruments. These employees also write prescriptions for antibiotics and other medications.

The Head Dental Assistants record treatment information in patient records and obtain the medical and dental history of each patient. These employees will also provide information to each patient before and after each procedure. The Head Dental Assistants will keep track of patient vital signs during each procedure. When assisting the dentists during procedures, these employees pass instruments and materials to the dentists, keep the area of operation clear using high speed evacuation, irrigation and tissue retraction equipment and maintain aseptic conditions by strictly enforcing universal infection control practices. The Head Dental Assistants fabricate and fit orthodontic appliances and materials such as retainers, wires and bands. The Head Dental Assistants also oversee the performance of the dental assistants by communicating with clients to ensure all procedures are followed and all requirements are fulfilled.

The Dental Assistants will sterilize and disinfect instruments and prepare the necessary materials for each dental procedure.
