Do not be fooled. This USED to be a place of good service when it first opened. The quality of service has declined since. I had an absolutely horrible experience more recently. One of the employees told her coworkers to keep an eye on me and make sure that I didn't leave without paying. This shows how rude the people working here are. Facilities are disgusting. Floors and walls have so many stains, and there's trash all over the floor. Also, they are very inconsistent. I was told by one person that my appointment was at a certain time and then told by someone else that it was at a different time. I waited an hour after my appointment time to be called in. Once I was called in, I was sat down and had to wait 20 more minutes to actually be seen. Who do these people think they are? They take in way too many people and clearly more people than they can accommodate. They're not interested in providing you with good service. They seek to maximize their profits at the expense of one's time and experience.

I recently went to Dental masters as a walk in.. I was having a really bad tooth ache. And from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed pam is super nice and fast in checking my insurance.. considering I walked in without an appointment.. everything went really smooth Dr. Choy and Liz were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and un nervous... imelda explained everything clearly and detailed to where I understood what my insurance covers.. I will definitely continue to come here and recommend them to all my friends and family

It is very close to my home so I choose this clinic to do fillings and dental cleaning. I would like to thanks Dr. and hygienist and the whole office because I had good and professional treatment.

I feel obligated to share my recent experience I had at the dental masters. I will elaborate but suffice to say if you even think about walking through the front door, you need to have your head examined. If you do walk through the front door, you are nothing but a wallet and your teeth are irrelevant. They will use every industry trick to seperate you from your money while providing third world dental care. This is one horrible place full of incompetence practitioners. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had an amazing experience very fast I got in there and waited lesson five minutes to go in to see the dentist and take x-ray and overall I'm very satisfied with the service that I got there

All employees are friendly and efficient. They are willing to answer all questions and resolve any issues. The dentists are knowledgeable and professional. In urgent cases I was able to get an appointment as soon as posible.
