Crooks. Ordered, never came. Ask for refund. Didn't happen. Credit card company said I received it even though I didn't so they lied . DO NOT USE THEM.

So I got my cavities taken out and filled by Dr. Esmaili and her assistant Ericka about a week ago and I gotta say I had a great experience, they both worked awesome together and I didn't feel a thing. Looking forward to getting more work done here.

The Asian male dentist, did everything so messy. As soon. As he finished he went to his desk and started texting. Didint even remove the cotton in my teeth. He got mad when I stated I felt pain after the procedure. Said I was wrong, instead of suggesting pain killers. He filed my front tooth way too much and left it shorter than the other one. He was Way too messy in his work and has a bad attitude.

These people are crooks! Extremely shady. The show exceptional customer service to get you in. They over charge for their services. They tell you your insurance doesn't cover things that it does cover. When I caught them on their deceit and asked to see the billing codes, they told me that the person who billed me originally didn't know what she was doing. When they knew they were caught, they changed the codes to reflect what they had charged me. When I verified the new codes, they were still over charging me. I ended up going elsewhere and got the work done for $400.00. Their estimate was over $1700.00. Ebe careful

Be careful they don't follow few according to insurance. Not good !!! before you make a payment make sure you call your dental insurance to see how much are you supposed to pay ... If not you'll end up paying a lot money.

This is my second time in this office since the customer service is really on point and that is so rare these days. I read reviews for this location prior to my first visit and they really are as good as everyone says. Office staff and doctors are so friendly and attentive, they really strive to make everyone feel comfortable. I will definitely refer this place to everyone and anyone.

Phenomenal service and amazing staff make dental work feel bearable. They treat patients with the upmost care and provide excellent service that makes a one hour procedure feel like 10 minutes. Highly recommended for anyone in need of dental care. Great job guys :)

I have bad experience with few dental offices in the past and haven seen a dentist for about 5 years but after this time with Dental Masters in Maywood . I will be coming back to them at least 1 or twice a year to get my teeth check. The Doctor and staff are wonderful.
