This dental office is really nice. I inquired about the implants and a young lady named lorana called me. She was so sweet. She accommodated me so quickly I am happy I came here. I met with Dr badalov he took his time and explained everything to me.i am happy I started my treatment with my new dental family.

They ask you for your SSN when this is not mandatory. I have my insurance United Health Care, when I was registering in their application it did not go through if I do NOT provide my Social Security number. Under Medical and NY Law this is not a requirement to get dental service with insurance. I complained to the front desk woman and she said my insurance was "under payment schedule" and I needed to pay and then I should ask my insurance for refund... which was totally a lie, because after telling her that I will complain with her boss , then she said that they don't work with my insurance company, so what they wanted was to charge the customer for the full service , asking for SSN social etc .... is this an ilegal practice? I do not recommend this place

Where do i start? Ever since i had a terrible toothache a couple of months ago i found this amazing place on google with amazing reviews about how they guide you and handle you to make sure your teeth are healthy as they should be, This is probably like my 5th- 6th time coming in general, luckily today i was fortune enough to have Dr. Roman as my dentist and well he helped me today, i've seen many times on video on how long it usually takes for something like this to go from start to finish and well around 40 minutes to an hour for the procedure to take, 5 minutes!!! in and out just like that it's honestly incredible what he's done with me today and glad i came in, Dr. Roman constantly kept making sure i wasn't in any pain and that i made my trip to the "dentist" seem fun with the helpful jokes that eased up my anxiety from coming in overall, amazing time can't wait for my next check up with him. INCREDIBLE!

I had great experience with Lorana dental assistant. She was very kind, and helpful with everybody. I would recommend this place for any dental emergency situation. The dentist lady was so nice They did a great job taking out my tooth. They help me so much god bless them thank u so much for everything.

Don't take any insurance!! made a down payment on my Consultation it was 75 dollars . (worst experience I ever had)went back to location to receive my 100 dollar payment back they told me it would be a 50 dollar charge for canceling and I said ok they owe me 50 dollar and keep sending me on a run around for 50 buck keep telling me they need to talk to the doctor.

It was good place,Great staff and their behavior were very nice.I went there to extraction one of my tooth they guys did a great job and 5-6 hours later I'm started to feeling well I had no pain or bleeding.I just wanna say beyond of everything.Anyone can go there for emergency and good treatment .

Had an emergency tooth ache, I was seen right away , considered my busy schedule they had Monday evening open, they took my dental plan , everything worked out , office is clean friendly and affordable. Thank you

It's great place, they did not take my Medicaid insurance but I was informed ahead of time. Everyone was really nice and the doctor are very good. I recommend this office to everyone....

Dr.Emanuel was amazing he was always checking to make sure I felt no pain in doing my procedure and helped my have a better smile! Nurse Lorana was very comforting in helping him with my procedure making sure I was comfortable and felt safe. Highly recommend the both of them!!

Wonderful experience from the moment I called to make the appointment I spoke with Lorena she and quickly accommodated me. Lorena was super sweet and also took my x-rays when I came in. Doctor Emmanuel was very informative and answered all the questions I had. Thanks again guys!

So I have not visited the dentist in roughly 11 years, Emmanuel came highly recommended so I took the chance.......I was more than calm he did not accidentally cut, scratch or bruise any part of my mouth. Between Emmanuel and Lori I was more than satisfied highly recommend, both are knowledgeable, patient and have a wonderful sense of humor!!!! Thank you both for making my experience comfortable and I left smiling.

I made an appointment online for 4 pm Sunday 5/1/22 online. I got a call from Dana to comfirm my mother's 1:30 pm appointment. I took a photo of the scheduled booking. My mother is 88 and very hard to get around. They would have been closed at 4 pm; it would have been a disaster getting my mother ready and over there just to find the office closed. I am NOT writing this review regarding their dental services, we have never been there. I am writing this review to tell you to call their office or book and confirm via a live person because as per Dana they are having difficulty updating their online appt. hours. Dana was very kind and professional but this problem needs a quick fix or many seniors will be undoubtedly seriously inconvenienced. Please fix this problem asap.

I was experiencing bad wisdom tooth pain Saturday night and started looking for places open on sunday and based on reviews decided to go with dental made easy, I called sunday morning at 10am and they were able to schedule me for a 12pm appointment, was in and out in about 45-1hr tops for two wisdom too removal I felt little to no pain would recommend to anyone looking for a quality dentist office

Im glad I found this place last minute. I got an appointment quick to get my wisdom teeth out. Today I just got my wisdom teeth taken out with the amazing help of Dr. Roman and Asst. Lorana. I was well taken care of and I felt comfortable. Great service and friendly. I would definitely recommend!
