The staff are willing to work with you on all and anything you need. They answer all your questions and don't make you feel like you're a less than or below them. I started seeing Dr. Mitchell and his staff about a year or two ago, and I hope they stay where they are, because I'm not going to choose a different dentist again. I like these people.

The staff and dentist is very nice and helpful. There is a long wait time once you are called back to a room. Overall a very good experience.

The clinical staff is great. I originally gave 5 stars. The office manager or whoever is responsible for billing turned me over to collections for a bill I paid in full and have a reciept. Then, once I was told I have a zero balance, I have been contacted again by the agency, even after I emailed them proof of payment. I have never been able to speak with office manager when I call and have not been called back as promised.

My first visit to Dental Lodge Purcell. Everyone was great. Friendly, efficient, and explained my options completely. Will be going back for necessary work soon.

Normally not to enthusiastic about dentists but this visit I was immediately put to ease. Treatment plan not forced on me. Very quick and easy visit. Look forward to next visit......NOT REALLY I mean cmon, it's a dentist! But if I have to do it....just assume It be these guys!

Unfortunately I've experienced many root canals and I have to say this was actually a pleasant experience. I felt no pain or discomfort and even enjoyed watching Mean Girls on NetFlix. The staff is awesome best dentist I have ever experienced.

Fast friendly even seen my husband when I made my daughters appointment last minute this morning.they seen her and my husband tried to set himself up a appointment for another day they said no need we can see you today

So, I am terrified of dentists. I walked into dental lodge today for my first appointment in many years. I was wayyy nervous and scared. By the time I had left my appointment most of those nerves disappeared. The staff, is patient, friendly, and beyond helpful. I am happy and feel safe to be under the care dental lodge. Thanks guys

You'll be told the amount in office and pay it in full and then 6 months later they will price gouge you for more money despite not being able to tell you what the additional charge is for when you haven't seen them in 6 months. Then if you don't pay the extra $60 they report it to your credit. Not sure if they are just fraudsters or inept at handling bills.

Will tell you one price and then try to bill you for me even when only paying in cash. They messed up my credit trying to dcam me out of more money

Everyone is very friendly!! They take excellent care of my kids. They feel safe and never dread going to their appointments.
