Dr. Kim provides routine checkups along with dental cleanings for his patients. He also does more complicated procedures such as crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, root canals, and much more. He works hard to treat patients who have dental disease. Dr. Kim is proud to be able to offer cosmetic work which include veneers and teeth whitening. He wants his patients to be proud of their smiles.
Dr. Kim graduated with his degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He then spent his residencies at Jacobi Hospital and Montefiore Medical Center. After that, he furthered his training in implant dentistry at New York University. While at the university, he became a master of implants so that his patients would be proud of their new natural looking smile.
Dr. Kim treats every patient differently, according to their needs and desires. His goal is to treat each patient with the highest quality of dental care. He prides himself on using the most up-to-date and safest practices to give each patient a healthy and beautiful smile. He also prides himself on giving each patient a safe environment that they are comfortable coming to.
Patient education is very important to Dr. Kim and his staff. They want patients to know and understand the procedures that they need so they are comfortable with receiving the care that is necessary to give them a healthy smile. He has built a practice full of satisfied clients due to his compassion for dentistry and his patients.

If you show up on time you never need to wait more than 5 minutes (if that!) I have had wonderful experience at this dentist and highly recommend Dr Kim. He is thorough but also doesn't do unnecessary procedures.

Doctor was recommended by a colleague so called to make an appointment but the lady who picked up the phone left me on hold for five minutes and then forgot about me. She picked up the phone again and instead of continuing the conversation she got all snippy saying this is a very busy office so it's normal that they forget about you. I said I would call back when they're not busy and she gave me a condescending "Ugh good luck". Think will just find another dentist with nicer staff...

Hands down best dental experience. The check in was a breeze, the staff was incredibly professional and Dr. Kim is efficient, knowledgeable and very gentle. Can't imagine a better experience at a dental office. Would highly recommend

I wasn't excited to go to the dentist but I have to say... it was the best dentist experience I've ever had! No waiting Every person was super friendly Professional Explained everything Accommodating Reasonably priced And no finding of unnecessary procedures I'm glad I found this place!

I did a root canal and a crown on my back tooth. Out of three canals Dr. Kim removed only two, furthermore, one of the canals was not cleared the full length. The crown did not fit well, it had a space under it, which accumulated food and bacteria.

Dr. Kim is the best dentist in New York! After having many horrible experiences with other dentists, a family friend recommended Dr. Kim and I'm glad I finally found my match. Going to the dentist is never a fun experience for anyone, but Dr. Kim truly makes it a breeze. He is so knowledgeable and you can tell that he really loves what he does. Thanks Dr. Kim!
