Dental staff is very unprofessional and they're liars. They say they're giving a courtesy call the day before but really don't so they can charge you for missing an appointment. But the dentist is great with kids just the staff.

Dr. Sam and his staff has always been exceptionally well with my daughter. Her first dentist and she will stay with him until she's an adult or he leaves. Dr. Sam always makes my daughter and I very comfortable and makes our dentist trips very enjoyable.

Love them. He took so much quality time with my daughter reassuring, she never cried. When she was younger she had to get a lot of extensive work done with her teeth. Hey did such a great job.

Been using this facility for over 20years! Never disappointed with the service. Was sad the cutoff age was 6 and recently they extended the age! Now my kids can enjoy for a longer time Their favorite part is getting the coin at the end so they can grab a bouncy ball what fun

My rating is per my 1st phone call to set an appointment for my child. Unfortunately, I've never been to the office due to very unpleasant phone customer service. The rep was snappy and made me feel as though I was a burden. The rep was not informational, she just wanted the information, set the appointment and bye. (Reminder: I've never been here, so of'course I have questions) I did set the appointment against my 1st judgement but I did call back and cancel after consideration. No surprise to me the same lady answered with attitude, did not try to ask why or if another day will work. She stated, "So just cancel the appointment right, okay!" and slammed the phone down in my ear.

Dr Sams is great but his office staff is horrible. The office manager is extremely condescending and unprofessional. I have reached out to the office on more than one occasion with little to no cooperation from the office manager. She has expressed one thing to me, and roughly 6 months later, sat in my face and told me she did not say certain things to me which i am extremely positive she said. My daughter has had oral surgery and no other specialist will touch her mouth due to her having crowns, spacers and fillers. My daughter has been denied service before over a $25 missed appointment fee even though she has state appointed medical insurance. The office staff in general act like they are scared of her and will leave all decisions small or big up to her when there are children who need dental services. Such as waiting on her to arrive at 9-9:30, sometimes 10am to make a decision on a 8:30am appointment. What's the point of accepting state approved insurance if they are just going to treat people the way they do. I have paid about $75-$100 in missed appointments over the span of three years, even when i expressed that appointments were not confirmed (Which i was told the reason the fee was in place) and you would think that at least one would be waived. They set up an appointment in February for two months out in April only to call me two days before the appointment to tell me they stopped accepting a specific insurance two-three weeks prior at the end of March. In my opinion, it's always a problem with this office and I really hate that this is the only dentist that will touch my daughters mouth. Im almost forced to continue to bring her here.
