I have to say I had a great experience here ,from the front desk with Jordan,Peyton and Millie to my Dentist Dr. Monroe and the best for last Harmon who cleaned and xrayed my teeth did all the prep she is fabulous ! All friendly it was clean and they were all very caring of you needs. Would and do recommend this place. Thank you all Sherry

I had the best dental team today replacing a crown that has caused me issues for years. Josh and Dr. Clemons were the most charismatic team! You can tell they love their jobs. They truly care about their patients. I enjoyed my time there and couldn't be happier with my new crown.

Very nice people from front to back starting with Jordan to Harman then Dr. Clemons good group to work with thank you to all of them. The pain was kept to a minimum.

Overall it has been a great experience here at Dental Innovations, except for today for my 6 month cleaning. I was helped today by Har*** and to say the least it was a negative experience. They were very rough and unconcerned. I would physically express I was uncomfortable and in pain and they still kept going without concern. The polishing... too much polish used on the teeth and was not brushed in AT ALL. It was later then "rinsed" but I left with a lot of polish still on my teeth. I left with bleeding gums, polish product in teeth, and a bad experience. I highly recommend anyone else and front desk Ashley is very kind, attentive, and helpful.

I went in for the first time few days ago and it was the most wonderful experience. I hadn't been to the dentist in few years and was kind of nervous to go in. But from the start to end the whole experience was pretty smooth. My hygienist Harman was amazing, gentle, and efficient. She explained all the steps of what we were doing during the whole appointment and made me comfortable. I saw Dr Clemons for my exam and he did very thorough exam and showed pictures on the screen of some concerns. Elaine was very helpful during checkout. I look forward to going back for the rest of the treatment.

THE BEST Have you ever had a great time at the dentist? I JUST DID!!! If you need dental work, or even if you just need an annual cleaning: Dr. Clemons, and everyone of the staff members I interacted with were AMAZING - kind courteous, professionals that take pride in the work they do. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! I was driving cross country trying to make it home, when a tooth started giving me issues: it was clear that I wasn't going to be able to make it home to my previously scheduled appointment. As I suspected the tooth needed to be removed. However, what happened next didn't meet my expectations: I seriously had a great time during a full surgical extraction of my #15 2nd molar. CAN YOUR DENTIST DO THAT!?!? If not I would consider changing over to the wonderful staff at Dental Innovations. Thank you to each and everyone of you who turned what should have been a bad day into a great one !!

Needed a tooth pulled asap. The got me in the next day! The ladies in the front ( Ashley & Elaina ) were super nice and helpful. Dr. Clemons was fast and efficient! 3 Days later with no pain! Thank you!

I have had an incredible experience with Dr. Clemons and his staff. They were extra sensitive to my situation and worked great as a team to fix my teeth. I didn't really like to smile before coming in but, now I love to show my teeth off in public. I would like to thank Nicole and Krista for being genuine and caring and always showing me love and respect when I came into the office. These 2 stood out the most to me. A special thanks to Dr. Clemons, this man knows his stuff. He's very Gentle with his procedures and gives you plenty options to ensure the best results. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dr. Clemons and staff members for giving me a brand new smile and confidence.

I went to this dentist a number of years ago. I was shocked at the huge office staff they employed. Their main concern was reviewing a pricing list that they produced and making sure I would be able to pay for everything that my insurance wouldn't cover. I wanted a cleaning and to get the zoom whitening bundle (which came with my own set of fitted whitening molds for home use along with bleach for touch ups). But they said I needed a "deep cleaning" and a cavity fixed. After all of that expensive work, and paying for it all and paying for the zoom bundle...I went through a very difficult period personally and could not immediately go up there to pick up my whitening trays and bleach. They did call and I let them know I was dealing with a personal issue but would come up as soon as possible...they said they would put a note on my package and come by anytime. I followed up a couple weeks later to let them know I was definitely still coming for those items. So, it was little over a month before I stopped in to pick up my whitening trays and bleach (valued at several hundred dollars). The receptionist and finance person took immense joy in telling me that they had thrown my items away. They offered no explanation. I was completely shocked and asked why they would throw my items away (and told them I spoke with someone the prior week even). They told me that "over 30 days it's considered abandoned property and they are not a storage facility." I asked for a partial refund on the zoom bundle and they just refused. I told them I would have happily paid a shipping fee to have the items mailed to me but that was never offered. They didn't care at all. The whole thing was a scam. A very bizarre, painful and expensive experience.

A great place to go! Everyone there is cool and friendly, and though there have been a few times where I've felt like my time is being wasted, it's still a solid place. I would definitely recommend this place if someone asked me.

I've never been afraid to go to the dentist until after I came here. Everyone is nice enough but the dentist made everything sound SO DRASTIC! It was "You came just in time! We've got to save your teeth and we've got to do it now!" Then he would have the same conversation with the hygienist right in front of me: "She came just in time! We've got to save her teeth and we've got to do it now!" So unnecessarily alarming and distressing... I just went in for a cleaning!!! Then they have someone come in with all these price sheets trying to find you the best "deal" for your emergency intervention. It was insulting and scary. UPDATE: I didn't believe them and left. I went to another dentist next time I needed a cleaning and I didn't even have a cavity. Complete scam.

This is a hidden gem! I am so glad I found it and can't help but share their amazingness. The staff, from the receptionist all the way up to the doctor, were all very friendly, in great moods, very knowledgable and professional. I had no idea how big the office was until of course having my cleaning appointment, and its beautiful, welcoming, and CLEAN (looks and smell). The overall experience for me was I lost track of time, that's how enjoying it was for having your mouth poked at and open wide for awkward amounts of time :) The team was very thorough which makes anyone paying money for a service happy. Never felt rushed, but actually educated on certain things about teeth and gum health. Lastly, after having this awesome of an experience, its always a little intimidating going to the front to see what all of that cost, and I was pleasantly surprised at the price point, especially again after the service I received. I scheduled not only 1 but 2 appointments to make sure my teeth are getting the care and treatment they need.

I loved the dental hygienist, they were wonderful but the dental work was horrible. I had stated to the assistant and dentist that day that I take twice as long to numb as an average patient. Instead of listening the dentist stated " your as numb as your going to get sweetheart" and went at it. They also hit a nerve in my mouth when they were applying anesthesia and I couldn't barely open my mouth! Tears were rolling down my face. To top It off, the assistant and dentist were speaking at the end on how they were working on keeping there times down per patient. They did not listen let alone care about their patient. I will not go back.
