Our doctors and staff members have accomplished the highest level of formal education at prestigious institutions across the globe, and broad and deep experience that were perfected through scientific training working at academic institutes and clinics. We assure you that the care we provide is based on sound science and perfected through experience.
Dr. Coe grew up in Seoul, South Korea and Chicago, IL. He inherits the legacy of a dental family his father is a prosthodontist and an alum of the prestigious University of Chicago, while his uncle and brother are both running highly successful dental practices. Most importantly, his lovely wife is also a heavily credentialed dentist, and the business companion of this practice.
Unlike most dentists, Dr. Coe is certified in 3 different specialty areas in clinical dentistry. He attributes the motivation behind this passion as to become a better, all-around clinician that can better serve his patients. He likes hobbies that can inspire him with artistic senses: music (acoustic guitar), aromatherapy, cuisine, and theme travel around the globe.
Dr. Julie Coe started treating patients in 1999 then advanced her skills in business administration and operative dentistry/public health. Then, she has taught future dentists and other dentists at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.
She published numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles and received national and local awards and grants. She holds a couple invention disclosures for her creation for newly designed software and an air flow device for cancer patients. She also devoted her time in serving a number of committees in dentistry and communities at local, regional, and national levels.
As a strong believer of life-long learning, she has received an average of over 30 continuing education every year to keep her knowledge and skills state-of-the-art. Her patients follow Dr. Julie Coe for her personalized and dedicated care.
In her spare time, Dr. Julie Coe enjoys being active outside with her family and friends and traveling all around the world. She loves to talk with you to learn about your culture and experience and become your supporter/advocate for your life-long oral and overall health.

Dr. Julie was great. She was patient with my dental anxiety and explained everything in detail. She has a very calming presence. She didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff, which I truly appreciate. Fatima was a wonderful dental hygienist as well.

Dr. Coe makes the often uncomfortable experience of going to the dentist quite enjoyable. She puts your nerves at ease and is very personable, while also being extremely thorough and conscientious with her work. She's gone above and beyond to work with my somewhat difficult schedule several times now and really shows that she cares for her patients. Being a patient here has been one of my best dental experiences to date. Highly recommend!

Been going to DIVA for past couple of years with my wife for cleanings, fillings, and other dental needs... I always get great care and honest feedback about my teeth and gums. Both doctors are very caring and give reasonable recommendations to improve the way I care for my mouth. As I get older and learn how important it is to care for your teeth, and I'm glad to have found Drs. Coe for dental services. I would recommend DIVA to everyone for great general dentistry. My husband and i both go here, we love it here! The husband and wife team are wonderful and i believe Christian, good people at heart. I get seen by Mrs Coe and my husband by Mr Coe, at the same time, making the appointment a breeze! They never tried to sell us on unnecessary interventions and say Gods way is the best way. Now my sister sees them and loves them too, and my mom is trying to muster the motivation to cancel with her current dentist (who we all went to before and... it just isnt super) and transfer over to the Coes! I am greatful that they are more open minded and didnt push the floride on us, and respected our medical decisions and even asked me out of curiosity how i made my own toothpaste! Its a great place, you will leave feeling refreshed.

I've been going to this office for a few years now, and they're the best!! It's so hard to trust dentists these days, but when you're at this office you feel so confident that both Drs here are trustworthy. I love the fact that they're the most conservative Drs you will meet. They are SUPER gentle and they actually spend time to listen to your concerns. If you're looking for a dentist who truly cares about your well-being, this is the office!!
