I have been going to Dr. Marcello for 12 years now. The staff he hires possess knowledge, kindness, and caring. While I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist, I love my dentist and his staff. They understand the anxiety and go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as they possibly can.

If you are tired of over priced corporate dental offices that seem to be everywhere, Dental Innovations is the answer. I went to four different dentist to get a root canal and they all were over twice the cost. I compare them to car dealerships with all their slick sales pitches trying to get me to pay for memberships and over charge for everything. I feel like a number instead of a person. Dr Marcello and his staff were fantastic. Accepted my discount plan and charged me half the price for the same work. They went above and beyond to give me the best care that was affordable. His assistant and front desk Jonathan and Tara make you feel like family. I will send all my family and friends there from now on.

Major downside was the lady who took my X-ray and measurements. No empathy and biased (also this office lacks diversity). I'll never forget how that white lady stared at me with those eyes and just continued to snatch the tools (X-ray, and sharp tools shown below) out my mouth and insert them back. I haven't visited the dentist in a while, my first experience back was great thanks to Jose. He let me stop at least 5 -4 times to catch my breath and cry as needed, there was no judgment. He even applied some topical medication to give me a break from the pain during our session. I wasn't able to get the desk clerk's name but I want to thank him so much as well. I walked out feeling much better Bc I stuck up for myself and I wasn't going to let her to treat me the way thousands of health providers treat WOC. Statistics show that WE (WOC) are more at risk at hospitals and dentists bc they don't listen to our concerns. I experienced it here sadly.

Everyone is friendly, attentive, and kind. I had an accident and got an appointment the next day. The hygienist took x-rays, Dr. Marcello checked them and all my teeth...will probably need work down.but will come back in 6 weeks for the verdict. They were thorough and professional. I'm a baby when it comes to dental work..and the entire staff was great and the hygienist and Doc. were kind!

I needed extensive work done ( extraction s &dentures) they took my quick 48.00 for an exam to promise me that they would email me with a price . Ok I don't have dental insurance but I figured 2500 would get started till January when I had another 2500 . Nope ! No call no email , and rude dentist !!
