Dr. Schlaikjer, a St. Louis native and ardent Cardinals fan, earned his degree from the Creighton University School of Dentistry. He later went on to earn a certificate in periodontics from the St. Louis University'sCenter for Advanced Dental Education before earning the advanced title of periodontist in 2015.Periodontistsspecialize in the diagnosis and treatment of gum disease (periodontal disease). They also have in-depth training in the placement of dental implants.
Dr. Schlaikjer is a strong believer in continuing education. He is an active study club member within Spear Education, an online continuing education program for dentists who are dedicated to pursuing clinical excellence in dentistry.

Stacy joined out team as Dental Hygienist in April 2019. She began working in the dental field as a dental assistant in 2004, she loved working with patients so much she furthered her career in hygiene. She graduated in 2013 as a registered dental hygienist from SLCC forest park. She is a new mom to her energetic son Henry, and wife to her amazing husband Andrew. In her spare time she enjoys crafting, spending quality time with family and friends. Along with hitting the gym a few nights a week. Her fuel is her son and her passion is her patients.
Ashley is one of Dr. Schlaikjer's Dental Assistants. she assists with the care and comfort of his patients. Ashley completed the Dental Assisting program in 2017 at Midwest Institute. She was awarded with an Academic Award at the end of each phase of the program. She absolutely loves what she does and enjoys making patients smile. Ashley lives in the Arnold area with her boyfriend Brett, their cat Dyno and their 2 dogs Holly and Remi. When Ashley is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family riding her RZR. She does enjoy relaxing at home with Brett and their fur babies.
Ismeta is another one of Dr. Schlaikjer 's Dental Assistants. She is bilingual in both Bosnian and English. She joined the team in November 2018, and could not be more thrilled to have her. She is recently engaged and loves spending time with her fiance ' Sahudin. They enjoy hanging out at the race track and building their race car. She strives to make every patient comfortable and informed at every visit. She looks forward to coming to work everyday, and having the opportunity to know each and every patient that comes in.
