I have been with Dr Hong for many years. I was an extremely nervous patient. No anymore. I am confident, no t afraid at all. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave its a wonderful experience. I am looking forward to many more years with Dr. Hong and her staff.

My mother has a lot of dental issues, and spent a lot of time looking for a dentist that I can trust. I first visited a dentist in Yonker's that had amazing reviews. After our first visit at the dentist in Yonkers I decided to get a second opinion and decided visit Dr. Hong. Dr. Hong provided the same information as the previous dentist and was way more detailed. She had a plan for my mother and made her feel comfortable. My mother is a shy woman who has avoided the dentist for many years. She has finally begun her journey, thanks to Dr. Hong and her team. I will continue to post reviews as the process continues.

I have been going to Dr. Hong for about 8 or 9 years. Dr. Hong and her Staff have always been Professional and Courteous toward me. Over the years I just had my teeth cleaned. A couple of years ago Dr. Hong pointed out I had some gum recession on my upper gums. Recently Dr. Hong performed surgery on my upper gums a corrected the receding gums. I Wish I did it sooner! I am Extremely Happy with the results. It took me around 35 years to find a Dentist I was comfortable with and I Finally found that with Dr. Hong and Her Staff. Dr. Hong and Her Staff are truly Smile Experts.

After my treatment at Smile Experts P.C. I felt obligated to write my 1st ever review. I was experiencing an abscess on my gum and a friend highly recommended Dr. Angel Hong. I live an hour away but all said and done I am very happy I went out of my way. The abscess was a sign of something that needed immediate attention. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and I was greeted by a very professional friendly staff in an absolutely spotless office. After being examined by Dr. Hong it was clearly apparent that she was extremely knowledgeable and explained in simplistic detail what needed to be done. Dr. Hong then proceeded to drain the absence remove my old Crown and extracted the underlying tooth without an ounce of pain. My next visit I had my jaw X-rayed and displayed on a State-of-the-Art 70" 3 dimensional screen. The technology being used in this office was mind blowing. Dr. Hong then proceeded to make an incision and administer a bone graft procedure again without an ounce of discomfort. My final visit I had my dental implant installed. Two weeks later I am not even sure which tooth is not the real one. I also found their pricing to be extremely fair and competitive. I am 53 years old and thought I would never see the day where I looked forward to going to the dentist. My opinion has since dramatically changed. I had an appointment for a dental implant consultation. The front desk girl greeted me with a smile & excellent customer service. I was called in by the dental assistant who was also very nice. She made me feel comfortable and took my X-rays. Dr. Hung was so sweet and went over everything with me that would be involved with my procedure. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. The office was very modern and clean with state of the art equipment. I would recommend this practice to everyone!

Living in Fairfield County and working in Westchester affords me a wide selection of dentists to see. After meeting a few, I was happy that I came to meet Dr. Hong. She is caring and has great chairside manor. She listens to me and answered any concerns. Not being a fan of pain, she was keen to recognize any discomfort I had. This was particularly important when I came to her to treat a broken tooth. The extraction was as painless as could be expected and the bone graft I needed was an easy process. She and her team explained my treatment options and were very straight forward with explaining the costs, the timing and each step along the way. I can not wait to get my post and crown. Other things I like are the ample parking, taking me in at my appointed time and the friendly and professional staff.

Dr. Angel Hong was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Angel Hong listen to all my concerns and address each one of them. Dr. Angel Hong was thorough and complete with her analysis and explanation. Dr. Angel Hong offered a treatment plan that I felt confident with. The office has excellent diagnostic tools and a very pleasant and accommodating staff. I would highly recommend Dental Implants Dynamics PC / Smile Experts P.C.

My experience at Dental Implant Dynamics/Smile was impressive. Procedures, including tooth extractions, posts, implants, and crowns, were explained clearly and questions answered. Results were positive, comfortable, good pain control, and costs reasonable.

I've personally always had good experiences at this location. As of late they no longer are in network with insurance companies but inform people "they accept" your insurance, misleading that they are in network with your insurance. I work in the medical field, it would be fair for you to tell patients that you only work with out of network benefits with certain plans.

I have eyed Dr Angel Hongs practice for years. I've been in need for lower molar tooth implants for years. It's a very expensive and invasive procedure as far as I was concerned. Fast forward to middle of the pandemic and a tooth problem that forced me to act. I went to my regular dentist and wanted a second opinion. Here was my opportunity to try Dr Hongs office. Let's start with her front desk administrator, Tani- AMAZING. She's informative , understanding and kind. I did have a slight wait for the initial appointment but she was worth it. She explained my problem in detail , didn't attempt to rush or pressure me into treatment. Immediately I felt comfortable and confident under her care. State of the art office and equipment. I had my extraction and bone graft on June 3rd, no pain. Dr Hong explained everything to me and made sure that I was comfortable. Her assistant is awesome as well. If you're in the market for a good dentist, oral surgeon- don't hesitate to make an appointment.

My wife and I drive an hour each way to get to Dr. Hong's practice. There is no doubt there are thousands of very competent dentists much closer to us, the care and consideration we receive makes the journey well worth it. I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist chair as I do when in the care of Dr. Hong and her team. I recently received my 2nd root canal under their care. Other than the needle to numb the targeted area I felt NOTHING. Not during the procedure or even after. That was not the case at prior dental practices. In addition the facility is immaculate and beyond state of the art. After the root canal I had to have a crown placed. Historically this involved making a mold and repeated bite/grind routines to get something comfortable. However, on this go around Dr. Hong used what I can only describe as a wand to scan the entire area where the crown would be placed. The wand took 3D imaging of the entire area and you can see it being created on the screen in front of you. The data from that scan is sent to a lab where the crown is made. My return visit to have the crown installed took just minutes. The fit was perfect. No adjustments needed. Truly incredible use of technology. In recent years with so many changes to healthcare laws, and of course healthcare policies that we all receive it can get a bit confusing. Thankfully Mr. Reda who runs the office operations is incredibly well versed in all matters of coverage and has always answered any questions I have had. It's just another layer of peace of mind you get from this practice. Lastly, you might say is it really worth driving that far? Well, you add in that there is never an issue parking, and more importantly every single appointment I have had has started on time or in some cases early, and I say YES...it's absolutely worth it. Would I rather sit and wait well over an hour past my appointment time to be seen at a dentist closer to home...no. Thank you Dr. Hong and team. Angel isn't just her name...she is one.
