Dr. Chris Birkestrand and his wife Deanne enjoy raising their family of twin boys Jasper and Jameson (10yrs) and two girls Sophia (5) and Stella (3) in their hometown of Minden, where they started dating in high school. Both graduated from Minden High School and went on the the University of Nebraska at Lincoln to pursue an undergraduate degree. After four years at UNL, Dr. Chris attended the UNMC College of Dentistry in Lincoln for another four years and graduated in 2000. Dr. Chris feels blessed to have a profession which is challenging and rewarding. He sincerely loves his work. Beyond dentistry and his family, Dr. Chris' passions include church, travel, golf and hunting.
