Implants preserve the health of the teeth and gums: Perhaps the most substantial of the benefits of dental implants is the fact that even a single implant can help restore the overall health of your mouth. The loss of just one tooth can radically change the conditions inside your mouth. Neighboring teeth may move and can misalign your bite. Teeth now begin to meet and wear against one another unnaturally, leading to chipping, breaking and further tooth loss. The jaw may manifest signs of TMJ and you may experience pain and headaches as well.

Implants preserve bone and prevent receding gums: In the mouth, the roots of the teeth interact with the jawbone and the gum tissue. If a tooth is lost, it can cause the bone to recede. This can present many challenges, and if you are missing several teeth in a row, significant bone loss could lead to more extensive and expensive surgeries. A single implant, however, communicates with the tissue and prevents the recession of gum and bone loss.

Dental implants are placed permanently into the jaw, acting like the root of a tooth. They look and feel like natural teeth, giving you the confidence to enjoy your favorite foods and smile with confidence.

If you 're already wearing a removable denture, it can be modified or retrofitted to anchor on top of your dental implants. The abutments allow you to 'lock' your denture in place, so that no messy adhesives or pastes are necessary. This keeps your dentures securely in place all day long for confident and comfortable wear.
