Dr. Murav was born and raised in the Detroit area. Dr. Murav is married to his wife Thelma. They have three daughters Samantha, Carli, and Allie. All three children are living on their own; Samantha lives in North West Indiana, Carli lives in Chicago, and Allie lives in Florida. Dr. Murav and his wife enjoy visiting their children, bowling, traveling, and working around the house and outdoor activity. Dr. Murav and his family have lived on Eagle Lake (Paw Paw) for about 25 years and enjoys fishing, swimming, and boating on the lake.
