Dr. Rob DOrazio is a recognized leader in the placement of dental implants in Sterling Heights, MI. He has been placing and teaching dental implant surgery and related procedures for 32 years and is a Diplomate in the American Board of Oral Implantology. He has lectured for various dental implant companies and received numerous awards in the field of dental implantology. He is a co-founder of AIM (Advanced Implant Mentoring). Dr. DOrazio has a dentist referral based practice and receives referrals from general dentists through out the Metro Detroit area. Dr. Duan is a dynamic, intelligent and gifted dentist. She takes great pride in treating patients with honesty, respect, compassion and comfort. She believes her patients should be treated the way she expects her family to be treated. She received a BA from Belhaven University in Computer Information Systems. Dr. Duan graduated with honors from the University of Mississippi, School of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree. Dr. Duan also graduated with honors with a Master of Biomedical Science Degree. She has earned several scholarships and awards for academic excellence and community service.

Dr. Duan lives with her family in Royal Oak. She enjoys community service, fitness, travel and spending time with her family and friends. She also a Certified Yoga Instructor and teaches in the Metro Detroit area.

Dr. Fraschettis practice has been limited to the diagnosis and treatment of TMD for over 35 years. In addition to TMD, Dr. Fraschetti also treats Sleep Apnea (OSA ), Adult and Pediatric Airway Dysfunction as well as providing Orthodontics (conventional /functional) and Full Mouth Dental Reconstruction.

Dr. Fraschetti has taught and lectured extensively on TMD and NM Orthodontics for over 30 years. He is written and is published in the JOURNAL OF ANTHOLOGY, ICCMO. He has earned both Fellowship and Mastership status.

From 2001-2013, Dr. Fraschetti was President and founder of the TMD HEAD AND NECK PAIN CENTER OF MICHIGAN. After 2013, Dr. Fraschetti accepted positions at METRO IMAGING CENTER, HEARTLAND DENTAL IMPLANT INSTITUTE, as well as forming BIRMINGHAM TMD AND SLEEP AFFILIATES. All of which provide TMD/OSA diagnosis and treatment. In addition Dr. Fraschetti has a team of trained TMD physical therapists available for a multidisciplinary approach to therapy.

Dr. Fraschetti is credited with his experience and unique ability, for combining archial skeletal analysis with neuromuscular dental principles to develop and make available three Phase I systems of TMD therapy.

Dr. Malis graduated from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry in 1978. He accepted a general dental residency commission in the United States Air Force as a dental officer in 1980 where he proudly served his country for five years, two years in Izmir Turkey and three years at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Extending his dental continuing education further, in 1990, Dr. Malis received a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Malis has been in private practice for 38 years. He is currently practicing dentistry at the Dental Implant Institute where he is responsible for all phases of general and implant prosthetic dentistry including full mouth reconstruction, occlusion and temporomandibular related therapies. His treatment expertise includes facilitating treatment for general dentist and their patients on a referral basis as well.

Dr. Malis and his wife Carol reside in Rochester Michigan. They have two daughters. Elizabeth, an attorney who is married to Allen, and Julie, a OBGYN. They are proud grandparents of Adele and spoil her like grandparents should.

Dr. Otto graduated from the University of Michigan in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science. In 1973, Dr. Otto received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry.

Dr. Otto owned a successful private practice for 39 years with a particular interest in removable prosthetics. In 2012, Dr. Otto merged his practice with the Dental Implant Institute where he continues to practice his passion in creating functional and cosmetically pleasing dental implant retained removable partial and complete dentures.
