Dr Kelly is amazing as well as his staff. He is a dentist that definitely knows what he is doing. He is the Michael Jordan Kobe Bryant and Tom Brady of Dentistry!!!

I made a 3,500 deposit and unfortunately was not able to go through with treatment do to a family emergency. When I called they said they would issue the refund that day ..it's been a month and after dozens of calls to the office with the promise of a call back or a message from them ..nothing no calls no messages and no refund so they basically just kept my money even though no service was provided..kind of like theft to me . Very troubling business practice .

I've been going to this dentist for a while now I've always liked it yesterday I went kind of had a surprise experience the doctor that I usually use was in there the young lady that was there didn't introduce herself was speeding around kind of scared me a little bit Dennis is the worst fear I've always been scared of dentist after a while I kind of warmed up but not enough but I guess I may go back because I'm used to going back to that office so hopefully I warm up to her my thing is I do not like changing doctors without being notified the one thing they could have done is notified the patients that the dentist that they were using wasn't there we'll go back and give it a try

As always, Dr. Kelly and his staff went the extra mile at my last appointment. I appreciate how kind and caring he and his staff are. And extra cudos to Eion! He always makes sure I'm comfortable and pain free.

Shirley was so reassuring and I am hopeful that the surgery goes well. We also enjoyed speaking with Dr Kelly. I really do like him. Just hoping he will make me comfortable during and after surgery. My medical record has so many errors and I don't know if I will be able to see Dr Tolbert prior to surgery so he can correct those errors. He is the best primary doctor I have ever had and he knows what I have been through and what I have accomplished since 2013. Shirley, working with you was a pleasure! Thank you!

I DO NOT recommend going to this dental office. I got my teeth pulled a week ago and I am having pain. The office will be closed for a week and they do not provide back up dental office, no dentist is on called. My gums could be infected and the only recommendation was giving was to use tea bags. Do not go if you are serious about your health! UPDATE: I had dry socket

Dr. Kelly is amazing!!! He knows exactly what to do in what scenario. I've learned a lot from him and also got great service and work done to my teeth. I will continue to go here because the staff and Dr's are EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Today was my third time there and it was terrible. I had a different dentist and he was very unprofessional. He dropped the drill on my front teeth then when he grabbed it the cord was laying across my face. My lips and gums were so dry his mirror stuck to them when he took it out. I tried letting him know I was uncomfortable and he literally wouldn't listen. He just kept going. It was so bad that I told him it felt fine when I bit down just so I could leave. I never leave reviews unless something went amazing or terrible wrong.

Everyone at Dr. Kelly's office has been wonderful to me, but Tara has been my angel. She is gentle, efficient, and always upbeat. A great asset to a grand dental practice. Thanks one and all.

To be bluntly honest, I feel like I was mislead by this provider. I was looking for a dentist and when I looked at their website regarding the insurance they took, it said to call the office. When I did call the office, I asked if they took my insurance. I gave them the name of the insurance, my group and member number. I was told they took my insurance. After my visit when a question came up regarding billing, I was informed that they are in fact out of network with my insurance. I would not have gone there had I understood that their saying they "take my insurance" is different than being in network with my insurance.

I didn't actually see Dr. Kelly today. I saw his partner Dr. Nabors. I felt I had a good interpretation of what needs to be done to get me back in shape. I do like the office staff. Very nice, and professional. Guess I'll see them again sometime in May.
