Dr. Tatiana Herzog is one of the very first board certified implantologists in South Florida. A graduate of the Misch Implant Institute, Dr. Herzog is a Diplomate of the ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists). Since 2010, she has brought her dental expertise and knowledge of dental implants to the residents of South Florida at the offices of Implant Center of Miami.
In 2014, Dr. Herzog foundedImplant Instructors, an advanced clinic that provides doctors with the proper education to take on challenges and provide quality care. At the institute, she has hand-picked a team of faculty to train her doctors along with doctors all over the world on how to devise treatment plans and gain case acceptance to create a thriving surgical practice.
I was going to graduate early, in three years. I went to my advisor and she said, 'I 'm sorry, but I don 't approve you to graduate. You haven 't taken any electives outside of your major.' So, I said, 'Really?' She said, 'Really.' So, I decided to sign up for some electives.
The next weekend, my mother and I were antiquing in Miami Beach, and I found a box of some sharp tools. I really wasn 't even sure what they were. I opened the box and realized that they were dental instruments. I asked the lady, 'How much for each instrument?' She said, 'A quarter a piece.'
I realized at that moment that I was meant to work with my hands, and if I could be a dentist and working on teeth with these same instruments, then I would never work a day in my life. And that's been the case.
Dr. Eve Libby is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry and completed her general practice residency at New York Presbyterian in Queens. She attended University of Maryland, College Park.
Dr. Libby was born and raised in Great Neck, NY to parents who are both physicians, so the doctor-patient relationship was what drew her to the medical field from a very young age. Dr. Libby completed her rigorous implant training under the guidance of Dr. Sam Lee in San Diego, CA, who is a Harvard-trained periodontist, prosthodontist, and orthodontist.
She is constantly learning about the newest, most modern techniques and research findings so that she can provide the best, most well-rounded and customized treatment plans for each of her patients. Dr. Libbys shrewd eye and judgment have enlisted the trust of many patients.
