From the time I enter the office I was greeted with a warm smile from a very nice gentleman at the Frt Desk, and PJ who assisted me to the back was awesome he could tell I was nervous and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable! Dr Rachel Miro who was very nice and friendly She ask me what I wanted my answer was just a Beautiful Smile they took some x-rays and teeth impressions she came back in with Dr. Brett Langston he was very nice and friendly also he did say my situation was unique and very challenging but he was up to the challenge to give me that Beautiful Smile I am so Grateful to Dr Langston and Dr. Miro for not giving up on me!!! Thank you so much

I have been a patient for many years and recently had the pleasure of having Dr. Miro complete a rather complicated restoration on two front teeth involving root canals and new crowns with posts. I was very pleased with her work and her chairside manner. All of the personnel are efficient and friendly, and strive to make the patients feel like they are part of the family. I highly recommend Drs. Langston and Miro.

you were put in a difficult situation given james teeth were loose and i could not get this taken care of in Chattanooga- but as usual- you not only go him in, fixed and he is now very happy-- what can i say- thank you a bunch!!

I actually don't mind going to the dentist twice a year, because the office staff is very friendly and efficient. Misty is always a pleasure to see, and Dr. Langston is a jovial big Teddy bear. I definitely recommend this dental practice.

Excellent staff, beautiful office and Misty did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr L is very cordial, and worked with me to get some work scheduled before an upcoming family event. He and his staff are polite, concerned and professional! Heaven! If only every office could be this well run and caring!

I am so excited!! I got my new teeth!! Yay! They are beautiful and look so natural OMG!! This Dentistry group is the best!! I have NEVER had such a more pleasurable experience in my life with this team of wonderful people! You are part of the family before your second visit!! Very flexible with their appointment schedule. If something unexpected happens they get you in immediately!! I would recommend everyone to become a part of this dentistry family...you will never go anywhere else!! Thanks for making my life so much better!!

I went to see Dr. Langston because my regular dentist started working at the practice and I followed him there. It was recommended to me to get a Night guard for som time and I kept putting it off because I thought it wasn't time sensitive and because I thought it would be too expensive. Eventually I relented and Was fitted with a very affordable and effective night guard!!! While I was pleased with this, I fear I may have waited too long to get the guard as my teeth were showing significant wear and even chipping. Also, my jaw muscles had worked overtime for so long that yih could actually see them protrude from my temples as I chewed AND then they began to bulge and move when I talked! This really bothered me and when I wasn't talking there still seemed to be a noticeable bump on the temples. Moreover, my jaw started to pop audibly and hurt sharply. Dr Langston offered me a therapeutic treatment course of injections. While I was skeptical, after the first treatment I had an almost Immediate relief from the pain and the visual movements also stopped completely. I couldn't be happier about the way it looks- and more importantly- the way it feels. After years of compounding problems related to the tension in my face and jaw, I finally have some effective treatment to turn to. Granted it's expensive, but at least I know it going to work if I can save up to get another. I would recommend Dr. Langston to anyone that is struggling to find a dental specialist who is knowledgeable, who listens to you, and who ISN'T trying to rip you off!!!!

Very knowledgeable practitioners with good technical skills. Have implemented a number of measures to make you feel safe. Taken on time. And I love their new facilities.
