Crown Point dentist, Dr. Kristin Andrews is a smile wizard and not just because shes read Harry Potter more times than she can count! Dr. Andrews is a member of the American Dental Association, with additional certifications in Invisalign and other innovative orthodontic techniques.
Shes also one of the first three people to graduate with a degree in neuroscience from the University of Illinois at Chicago! That incredible knowledge of how our minds and our mouths work together gives Dr. Andrews a deep understanding of her patients and how to help them. Dr. Andrews literally fell into the world of dentistry. When she was a senior in high school, she damaged her front tooth and needed a root canal.
Her dentist noticed her keen mind and her interest in how dentistry worked and offered a position as a dental assistant during her undergraduate studies. Deeply empathic and caring, Dr. Andrews fell in love with how dentists could bring so much joy into the lives of their patients by repairing their smiles, and knew that this was the field for her.
When Dr. Andrews isnt working on improving the smiles of her patients, she finds her own smiles through staying active mentally and physically. An avid Crossfit athlete and dog owner, you could find her hitting the trails with her beloved dogs, Draper and Dublin. She also loves spending time at home with her husband and stepson, or curled up with a good book about wizards.

The Doctor is wonderful! She has been working patiently with the high anxiety that I get when having my teeth done. I have sent several members of my family to her now! Her office staff it's just amazing and she does amazing professional work. There is also has a very nice dental plan for people who do not have insurance.

Staff is amazing! My hygienist Lindsay could put me to sleep she is so gentle. Dr. Andrews is very welcoming, and listens to all of my needs while keeping me at ease. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dental home!

First time taking my 2.5 and 4.5 year old to the dentist. My kids were really nervous; however, everyone was so patient and friendly with them and put them at ease. I appreciate that they let me walk back and hold my 2.5 year old which I know a lot of places don't allow. They got us in and out quickly and made the entire experience enjoyable for my kids. My kids walked out all smiles and said they don't mind going back! Thank you, we will be back!

New patient at this dentist and the service was great. The hygienist Shannon was extra friendly and very thorough. Dr. came in to answer any questions. Would recommend if you are needing a dentist or looking to change dentist.

Everyone is polite and respectful. From the warm greeting at the front desk, to the hygienist being genuinely concerned for my comfort level, followed by the care 'as if I were family' from the doctor herself. This office is very professional and accommodating to their patients needs. I would highly recommend!!
