Dr. Eric GeisterDr. Geister is a 1994 graduate of Ohio State Universitys School of Dentistry. His wife is a Mechanicsburg native, and their family moved to the area from Ohio in 1997, when Dr. Geister joined the practice.

The front office very rude. I gave all my insurance info when I called in. She asked for my insurance card turned it back and forth groaning and said this doesn't say dental. I told her but it's through same company and has same number. Just rude and when I asked for my card back she said no I'm doing my job and walked over to other side and said she's trying to use medical card I walked over asked for my card for the fourth time. Finally it was given back to me and I left. To never return.

We are lucky to have the folks at Dental Health-Silver Spring. We've be going here for over 30 years and are thrilled with the services provided. For the complainers, look in the mirror.... the problem may be you.

Awesome Dentist! My family and I have been coming here for several years now. Hygienists, Dentists, and office staff are all very friendly. Nicely designed comfortable office, makes for a relaxing trip to the Dentist.

Ist time being there since I was a new patient. Staff was extremly friendly, office was very very clean and they took all the necessary precautions during this pandemic

The entire staff is so nice and personable. The dental hygienist, Kelly is the best! She is so personable and accommodating. I get a lot of anxiety when I get work done on my teeth and she does a lot to make sure I'm comfortable every time. Highly recommend!

I really like my dentist, Dr. G,, but they now charge you for PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) mask, shield, & a paper jacket which is to be changed for every patient - are these items changed for each patient? Upon checking with various dental facilities plus friends did check their dental & the rate of who charges is "only $10"; whereas, we were charged almost $150..? When questioned, was told: insurance company told us we can charge for such. Fine, but $150 out of pocket is ridiculous. ALERT: check your dentist ahead of time & don't get blindsided like we were - no they didn't advise ahead of time!!! Then the hygentist I had was not that good...!

Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. They each do great dental work! They communicate clearly and take time to answer questions. Their covid procedures are seemingly complaint as well as thoughtfully implemented. They are a very considerate group of people working there!

Dental Health of Silver Spring does NOT charge $150 for PPE. It is a $10 fee for additional PPE that is necessary for the office to remain open following the guidelines. The previous review is incorrect/false information.

Your time is not as important as "Dr. Red's". I was booked for an afternoon appointment to have a tooth filled. I had this appointment because it's "very important" to get these things taken care of as quickly as possible. Anyway, the day of my appointment, I get a call at 8am at work asking me to move my appointment up to 10am because there were cancellations. I'm sorry, but I have a job and it's hard enough for me to schedule time off, I can't just suddenly tell my boss I'm leaving work 4 hours earlier than I planned. So I'm told that my appointment will probably have to be cancelled (WHAT?). About 5 minutes later I get a second call saying that I have to reschedule, and they tried to book me for two days that I already have work obligations and seemed fairly put-out that I wasn't able to just dump my job for them. The dentist had decided to go home for the day, apparently to pout that he had cancellations and that I couldn't just change everything to accommodate his schedule. So now my appointment is another month out (guess it's not that important to get my tooth fixed quickly after all, now is it?) Excellent customer service. So, this is probably a great place to go if you don't have a job and can step and fetch at the whims of the dentist.

Unfriendly staff and they took full advantage of us. Don't rent out a surgery center when you can have an oral surgeon for half the price and probably better dental work that won't need fixed again in 11 mos.
